Review 1：• Not heated pools (which perhaps only is a problem late October; when I was there) • The interior designer/architect must be blind or a psychopath (or both)

Review 2：Extremely good pools! Good communications to/from Rhodos City, the airport etc!

Review 3：However , we were disappointed about 2 old ( 1 did not work) treadmills and the 10 euro entry to use the indoor pool. It did nor apply Tony's as the management let us experience it. ( it was off season after all) and We loved it! And thank you.

Review 4：The breakfast buffet blew us away. Very generous and lots of variety. We loved the great Seaview room and the large gym and indoor pool.

Review 5：I requested the use of an iron as we had been travelling for a while and everything needed freshening up. The person on the desk at reception was very reluctant to allow me this and made it clear that I could only have it for 30 minutes. When the housekeeping staff member delivered it she said don't worry and it was not picked up until the next day. I thought that as we were paying for a junior suite the iron should have been in the room anyway.

Review 6：We loved the feeling of space and magnificent grounds and pools which were immaculately maintained. The breakfast was amazing and most of the staff were tireless in their efforts to satisfy all our requests. The suite was spacious and very comfortable.

Review 8：Everything! (I went with my boyfriend,29 years old). The hotel was clean, comfort, proffesional and warmy staff. Our reservation included only breakfast and it was various and delicious even for us ( we are eating kosher). There are 3 restaurants, we eat in the Italian one and it was perfect. The hotel is in Ixia neighborhood on the west coast, meaning less than 10 minutes from the old and the new city Rhodes by car. The hotel placed a 20 minutes drive from Faliarki and 40 minutes from Lindos (prive car). We also used bus from the old city and it`s cheap.

Review 9：The only drawback relates to the hotel location: West side of the island is less attractive than the right side and a bit windy (By car or bus you can quickly get to beautiful beaches at the right side)

Review 10：The hotel is very clean and has a great view to the beach, breakfast is very varied and the team is very friendly and welcomed (willing to assist with positive approach). The Spa is very clean and all facilities are in a great shape. The hotel is very close to Rhodes old town: 5 min by car (there is a bus station close to the hotel) We really enjoyed staying there and looking forward to visit the hotel again!

Review 11：Did not like location, cost 23E for a can to the airport and getting cabs or buses back from town at night was a nightmare - huge que's With the price of the accomodation the hotel should provide a shuttle bus in & out of town.

Review 17：The building looks old. The rooms are not 5 star level. Furnitures from Ikea, cracks on walls, wooden floor is in a bad shape. The corridors are very strange- as in an underground tunnel.

Review 19：All the staff were brilliant - always friendly, knowledgable, efficient and happy to help. Our room was superb on the ground floor with its own patio and direct access to the swimming pool which was shared with the other nine rooms aound the pool. The spa facilities are first class as are the treatments in the spa. A first class hotel.

Review 20：We got a room with a strange unbearable noise coming from the elevator across the wall. when complained to the staff after coming checking that there is indeed a noise, they claimed nothing they can do since it's late and the manager has gone already home ?!?!. we had to spend the night in this room and only the day after they change our room. Never got any apology or even a call from the manager, maybe without this incident we would have had a better experience. Another warning is that the entire SPA area, Hamam, Jacuzzi and heated indoor pool are restricted to kids under 14 years old and you need to pay extra 12Euro per person per day to get access.

Review 22：gym facility's opens from 8.00 I would like it to be open a bit earlier for those like me who like a early workout swim-pool is big and got enough sunbeds but doesn't not much water flow not much going on in Ixia area then we end up in Old Town night every night,taxis where cheap but may and up a bit extra cost over longer stay

Long pants for men. We had to go out and buy special becuase they wouldn't let me husband in the pants that wernt very short. The price with booking.com was actually higher then what other guest paid. Twice as much.

We also made extensive use of the spa facilities which were very good. We spent our honeymoon at the hotel and they treated us royally. We could not have had a better start to our married life. Review 43：Please don't change with success! The staff at this hotel from the bellboy to the receptionists to the kitchen staff and guest relations cannot do enough for you. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is amazing in terms of everything- value for money, facilities and restaurant- we love this hotel.

Review 44：The spa bath was leaking and there was always water on the floor. TV was not working, the image was too bad, but this was not an issue for us.

Review 51：As it was May the room was a little cool at night this year and the air conditioner was cool only. No alternative to heat up after speaking to reception. The breakfast had many alternatives but coffee was instant, tea had an unpleasant taste from water first morning, bacon and eggs were not hot both days. I'm sure they would have provided all this if we asked but I think the idea behind a luxury stay should mean all this is already in place. It still is great value for what we paid.

Review 62：*You have to pay for drinks in dinner, even for water! we didn't expect the a hotel in this price will also charge for drinks. *WIFI wasn't so good in the rooms, great near the lobby. *after 22:00 the place is kind of dull and boring, you have to drive to the old town or go down the street to find amusements. *the place is a bit hard to find from the main road. *we had some electric falls in the room per day, we don't know why.

Review 63：*We liked the large room, it had a very big bed and a lot of place to move around, nice view to the pool and the sea, big balconies, *Great staff, espacially the host in the dining room that was very kind and helpful, calisfera calimera! *big pool *Great food, great diversity and very tasty. *Great location, 10 mins drive from the old town and 30 mins from the airport by bus\taxi. *There are 2 cheap supermarkets nearby, you can buy things and store them in the mini fridge. *Cable TV *Great shower * mini bar prices are reasonable, aswell as the restaurant's.

Most of common dishes are not up to a 5 stars hotel, caprese salad, ceaser salad, club sandwich are just not good. But have to admit they are very generous. One plate is enough for a couple. If you need ice cubes you have to pay 4€ If you take the ice bucket yourself from the pool restaurant. If you order them to your room it will cost you 12. Basically I will rate it as a 4*

Review 75：Amazing sea view and very nice room. New facility, so everything is clean and jacouzi in the bathroom. Mini market available in the hotel with affordable prices. Pools are huge but mainly for families, for couples and honeymooners I suggest to go somewhere else.

Review 129：It seem trivial but the wi fi was the only problem for us , and it wasfrustrating with the signal dropping out during the most simple ofrequests plus it was not secure which I would have also proffered.

Review 130：The service was fantastic and friendly , the staff could not do enough,the food available on site in the various restaurants were very good ,the buffet selection was vast and all reasonably priced, we were upgraded to a room with a pool which was lovely although the seating areas(on some) were in the shade for a large part of the day, which for uswas a relief for us. The Town is either a long walk (past the Acropolis)or a short Taxi journey (about 10 euro) the Old town is lovely as is theharbour area, basically we loved it and are planning to returnsoon....maybe venture out of the excellent hotel a bit more :)
