Review 1：Sat nav took me down tiny winding lanes to get there in the dark! Discovered next day there was a much better way via a main road so don't be fooled!

Review 3：No wi fi. Even though it said free wi fi. Promised a certain breakfast. Didn't get it. Problems with payment facilities. INo help carrying heavy bags. Woman and child on our own. Breakfast really expensive for a basic fry up and fruit same price for kids. Don't think I will stay there again.

Review 8：This was a lovely place to stay. Our room was at the top of the house with the most amazing views of beautiful countryside. Everything was clean, very comfortable and newly decorated. Breakfast was served on a long table in the conservatory adjoining the family kitchen, where the owners cooked us a very tasty full English. Everything was very well done and I wish them the best of luck in their new adventure.

Review 10：We were pleasantly surprised of this gem! We booked in a hurry and in the fly expecting nothing spectacular.When we reached he cottage we were instantly taken with the village and when we saw the room we were astonished at the coziness and comfort. Will definately come again with my kids.
Review 11：We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lower Farm Cottage. We wanted a quiet few days away from London, and the cottage was perfect - amazing views, lovely hosts, delicious food, comfy beds etc etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 16：Two very small niggles: wifi is a little erratic at times and, as we stayed four nights, a small clothes cupboard would have been useful (though the cot sides filled the bill well!)
Review 17：Our stay was in a beautiful setting in a lovely traditionally built new house with the family, a young couple, children, dogs, not forgetting the cat. Our room, with view over the garden to the countryside beyond, was a good size, comfortable and clean, our breakfasts delicious. We were made to feel very much at home and would stay here again.
