Review 1：I was expecting there to be a communal kitchen as advertised, perhaps they have stopped providing the service, which would have been very useful.The shower/wash facilities are in the room, the lavatory is in the hallway; this was not a problem for us but may be inconvenient for others. The stairs may be a problem with people with walking difficulties.
Review 2：It was very handy for the sights and sounds of Beauvais and as it was over a bar restaurant was handy for eating and drinking. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. We requested a quiet room and the staff gladly obliged. We would definitely stay here again.
Review 3：The reception isn't a real one, it's the bar/restaurant on the ground floor; if the restaurant isn't open, there is no service available at all. Claims to be an aparthotel, it's a bed and no breakfast. I was there Sun-Fri; the room was only cleaned on Tues. The rooms are on the second floor; bad stairs, no lift, and on the first floor a sofa partially blocks the stairs.
Review 4：The location was about the only good thing. The internet service was good but, since I arrived on Sunday and there is no "reception" on that day (they also do not answer the phone), I couldn't access it until they opened on Monday.
Review 5：Staff were pretty rude, not helpful and seemed genuinely annoyed that I was there. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was basically in the room.

Taip pat patiko personalas - malonus, daug nekalbėjo, tačiau viską, ką reikėjo, pavyko suderinti.
Review 13：He didn't tell us which wifi to use (but really it's not that hard to figure out). Also there's basically no food available at night in this area.

Review 15：Getting through te pub to appartements. Fist feel like staying in motel, but when the pub on the ground floor closed (23-00), I changed my mind and felt as in my own house (very quet, almost no people).
Review 16：There occured a misunderstanding about the beds reserved, but hosts veru friendly and with real care provided everything that we needed even if they didn't mean that originally, with no extra charge. Thatk you for not creating but solving problems for tired travellers.
Review 17：The walls are very thin so you can here everything your neighbors do. WIFI did not work on 3rd floor. WC was situated outside the room.

Review 38：It's just a dodgy setup of a kinda hostel turned hotel room with no toilet inside the room, no proper entrance to the facility and worst of all, one restaurant waitress is the receptionist who can't say a single English word. If you don't speak French, you are screwed...a very rude bouncer will come to boss around with his attitude as if you committed a crime!! One of the worst experience!

Review 40：When the staff does not know a taxi number and is not willing to help, there's something wrong. This is a old hotel, TV was pixelated, the internet didn't work in the room, there were noise from the bar downstairs, dusty old carpets, shared WCs in the corridor. I recommend you to look for some other hotel in the area.

Review 42：Oddly shower etc was en-suite but the toilet was not but toilet was clean and not busy. Like all French hotels, tea/coffee making facilities were not on offer but cafes/restaurants/small supermarkets are all nearby.
Review 43：This is a budget appartment hotel attached to restaurant/pub so do not expect the earth. It is on one of the main streets so position is great. It was clean and comfortable and the free Wi-Fi worked well.Return to Beauvais is unlikely in the near future at least but would consider again.

Review 49：The apartment was very good value for money, with a double room and a small double sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen area. As the pub was closed that evening, the apartment was extremely quiet, which suited us perfectly. We also had a lovely meal in a local Japanese restaurant, Itto Sushi, which I would thoroughly recommend. Overall, a much more pleasant experience than a night in an airport hotel! And the staff were extremely helpful.
Review 50：- Hotel staff or rather bar stafff because hotel is just rooms upstairs speak very poor english or no english at all.- Very loud, you can hear everything happening in the next room or outside in the street - poor room standard, 60 EUR a night for a room that has shower inside but toilet on the corridor which was not clearly shown at the moment of booking is a bad offer - toilet outside the room - no breakfast available in the hotel - it's not really a hotel, just a very basic place to sleep.

Review 52：it is ironic that in a place called "the Times" and furnished as an English pub, the night staff does not speak a word of English. When asked to order a taxi, you get a reply "I don't have their phone number"...so you just walk 0.5km to the bus station with ~50kg of luggage ;)
Review 53：When we came everything was very dirty, i have to clean the floor myself (!). Nothing was working - microwave, coffemaker - all were broken. There was a horrible smell of cigarettes and in the middle of the night i felt frozen - they switched off the heating and there were nobody to complaint to. In the morning all my family was frozen and hungry, we could not even boil the water to make tea to get warm before we travel (we were traveling from beauvais airport next morning). It was the most horrible experience i've ever had, though we traveling a lot. Would not recommend anyone to stay there!!!!
