Review 1：Awful. Poor standard of bedding. Noisy and door banging late at night. Thin walls. Loud guests. Foyer smells. Ridiculous spa bath/shower that was over the top in relation to the rest of the room. Strange.

Review 4：I found the staff at this hotel all very pleasant and attentive. Both breakfast and the evening meal were well cooked and plentiful. All in all , excellent value for money.

Review 5：Was not impressed with the room we had, was kept clean but really does need a lot of tlc in the bedrooms. We had 3 rooms as we came for a birthday all the bathrooms were lovely but the one with the power jacuzzi shower dos not work, so we were all disappointed on that note. My partner and friend had food there and was served cold although other people's food did look lovely. Bar staff and cleaner were lovely. Overall I would visit again if bedrooms were updated, not that someone would do that based on one persons view.

Review 7：In need of reviewing their prices. Breakfast was dearer than priced on Booking, and so are the prices of drinks. Drinks are cheaper on the drinks list in your room, but dearer at the bar. Room could have done with a little spruce up (lick of paint) but that's all.

Review 9：Arrived really early as we were going to the races. Even though the room wasn't ready the staff were really friendly and accommodating and gave us the key in advance for when we returned. Also they we're happy to let us use the car park. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great, staff really friendly and helpful.

Review 13：Rooms very dated,artex ceilings,damp spots,curtains missing rings,go to adjust the dressing table mirror and it falls off,only half a blind in my room,tv kept cutting out as it lost signal,artificial flowers.When booking you can book a room without breakfast,or book with a free breakfast that actually costs more,so its not really free is it.seems strange that there were no fire evacuation details in the room.although you have a lockable room with key,one push and you'd be in.

Review 17：Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was well cooked. I am vegetarian and although they didn't have vegetarian alternatives, they added other extras not on the menu.

Review 19：Having stayed here recently with a party of 14 other walkers, I can highly recommend the hotel. Ignore the slightly drab surroundings and exterior of the hotel and plentiful parking area and enjoy the warm and friendly welcome and comfortable interior. The public spaces and rooms were clean, attractive and of a good size. At the end of a day walking the nearby coastal path, relax in your luxury steam shower or hot tub bath (at least 4 of our party needed help and instruction how to use them) and go to the attractive dining room for a super evening meal. The food was more than we could have wished for – beautifully presented, freshly cooked, plenty of it, a good varied selection to suit all tastes and very reasonable priced. The wine list was perfectly adequate and also reasonably priced. A good tasty real ale at the bar would have been appreciated. The service was excellent and the friendly staff did everything to ensure we had an enjoyable meal (including finding cushions for the shorter members of our group who were struggling a little with the soft chairs and high table!) I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to families, groups or single travellers – all 15 of us were delighted with it (not easy to achieve with our diverse group!).

Review 20：Room: broken & unusable blinds, chipped plaster, mould on bathroom ceiling, auto-taps made water temperature control virtually impossible in cracked basin. Lounge: dump for broken furniture, smell and sound of cooking.

Review 22：A group of us booked into this hotel and we didn't know quite what to expect. The name of the hotel doesn't do it justice. When we booked in the rooms were clean and comfortable and the food (breakfast and evening meal) were excellent.

Review 32：we where a group of 4 bringing my husband/father back home to wales after his death (scattering his ashes ) we couldn't eat in during the evening fully booked wasn't told this until we went to have a meal had to pay a taxi to take us somewhere to eat never has this happened befor when staying at B+B this place seems to be more interested in people coming in from outside to eat than for the people who are staying the night /week there was a old couple who had booked a 10 day break who also couldnt get a meal and had to get taxi to have eve meal also when we were there they had quite a few work men staying so during the early hrs when they came in from the pub they were extremely loud most was in corridor where my daughters room was she didn't get hardly any sleep because they used the loo most of the night (single rooms have shared b/rm) and kept banging the doors tv on full ect also her rm was full of little midges and walls covered in dead ones( photos taken as proof) needless to say she wasn't happy manager told me he had reduced our payment £10 pp because we couldn't eat in but when we got home I checked the bill (I no should have done it earlier) but because of the situation I didn't he hadn't reduced it at all

Review 35：Everything. From the cleanliness of the whole place to the friendliness of all the staff. On arrival i was greeted by a member of staff that was pleasant and had a smile on her face. She showed me to my room and as we went, i looked around the reataurant which was modern and clean. The room was homely and EVERYTHING worked and worked well (unlike other places i've stayed). The bedding and towels smelled fresh and everything was clean. Loads of teas and coffees etc. Plenty of parking. I'm not exaggerating, but this place is a little gem. I have already booked for next week.

Review 36：We booked for 3 adullts in a family room but was surprised to see a children bed on the flooor . Surprised to see a huge jacuzzi bath with side wall water jets but more surprised to find out that it did not function, not even the hand held shower. Only after a few attempts by the staff that the overhead shower was put into working.

Review 44：My only qualm is the shower was very complicated to work and not very efficient once working, and the hotel itself was very noisy even the doors made a lot of noise (enough to wake our 3 year old just opening the door). Would definitely stay here again though.

Review 45：We loved our stay here!! Beds were super comfy, rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious as was the evening meal we had there! Staff were only too happy to help with anything. The family room was lovely and spacious for the three of us.

Review 46：The room was dated and had a musty smell, the decoration needs updating and the bed was a memory foam mattress which wasn't very comfortable. There was no air con and the room was very hot. Our view was of an old run down house next door!

Review 65：Very noisy hotel, loads of banging of doors. We could hear everyone coming back in the middle of the night and leaving in the morning. Room door didnt seem to fit the frame probably and didn't feel comfortable that it was locked properly.

Review 79：I liked this small hotel, it was clean comfortable and welcoming. It was good value for money also. The owner is friendly and very helpful about the surrounding area. On showing me to my room and carrying my bag for me, he immediately ensured the heating was turned on. Breakfast next morning was very good, enough to keep me going for that whole day. I would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Had I been less tired and not already in bed, I'd have gone down to reception. Grill menu was fine for me but didn't cater at all for vegetarians which meant I couldn't return with my family.

Review 112：Arrival at back door. Seemed very scruffy and nearly put us off altogether, and it seemed to smell of "Shake and vac" indoors. However, it was fine when we got settled in. Nearby door could do with a coat of paint at least. Wonderful Jacuzzi in our bathroom but we a. never learnt to use it, and b. the step up to it was too high for me. Instructions on how to use it would be helpful in room.

Review 116：It was out first trip to Wales and initially i was little apprehensive about the accommodation but it finally turned out be a pleasant stay. Food was good and the Staff were great. Its not a 4 star but i would still highly recommend it.

Review 127：The one blight on our stay was the absence of a cooked breakfast which we had booked and was included in the cost. Admittedly, being under the mistaken impression, that breakfast finished at 10am, we arrived in the dining room late at 9.33, 3 minutes after the 9.30 deadline, where we sat unattended for 5 minutes, before being told that a cooked breakfast could no longer be provided. We were offered tea and toast and cereal, but no further effort was made to accommodate or to offer some concession, which I thought was poor bearing in mind the very short delay between the end of breakfast and our arrival.

Review 128：The welcome, accommodation, and food were excellent. The evening staff were friendly, polite and so obliging, and I would recommend Coastal Park to anyone but for one drawback.

Review 129：bulb missing ,bed head light the same choice every day of food. my shower cabinet was falling apart doors,shower controls,loose shower head,electronic gissmo not working and a very slippery base. i did not want to upset Dylan at the time so i report them now.
