Review 1：We did not have a bad experience but we thought the lighting in the bedroom was a little dark and also the seating in the lounge area looked very nice but we found this very uncomfortable as the back of the seats are very low and even with a cushion it did not help so perhaps they could also have a few more seats with higher backs especially if you have a back and hip problem to begin with. We also thought the drinks were pricey but we will be back sometime.

Review 9：We booked the hotel as we wanted a leisure break with spa facilities. The spa was so small it was always full and we could not use it. We were told we would get a call back when it emptied but no call received. When we walked down on chance though it looked to have space we were informed a group of 5! Yes 5 were coming down so there was no changing space. A shame really as on all other counts we gave it top marks

Review 15：Being shown to the room is a lovely touch, the fact we had forgotton to reserve a table for dinner but this was no bother at all. When we are finished our drinks at the bar they rushed straight over to take us to the restaurant without us asking.

Review 16：Lovely location, all bedrooms overlook the river. Food was excellent plenty of choice at breakfast. Dinner was very good could have been more choice on table d hote menu. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Review 17：I am allergic to animals and due to the hotel allowing animals in rooms (although the room was very clean) I had a reaction - perhaps consider cleaning with anti-animal type cleaning materials.

Review 23：We booked an apartment as we just like lots and lots of space. Immaculate decor, large fitted kitchen, large lounge area. 2 good sized bedrooms. 2 Luxury bathrooms. Superior quality evening meal and hearty breakfast A view of the quay and river that's worth a million pounds! All for the price of a good pair of shoes.

Our apartment was spacious, well equiped, very clean with beautiful views.The food was amazing, the bar well run with great cocktails. We were made to feel so welcome and so was our dog.
