Review 1：Some pieces of the shower was missing and you couldn't close the door and the floor got really wet every time The restaurant was really expensive compared with other characteristic nearby (really cheap and really good) and the dishes weren't good at all (ex: fresh seafood pasta with frozen seafood inside, it was like chewing gum)

Review 2：Everything was so beautiful! Quiet location, near to a gorgeous beach, with 2 swimming pool, 1 jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly and they are ready to give you everything that you need The residence is really beautiful We loved that place, we loved Naxos

Review 3：22 kilometers from the cora (center town) could seem very far but time in greece takes an other dimension and we had rented a quad (20 euros/day) to be able to move without depending on taxi's or busses. The road that is going along the coast is the shortest, the most secured and the most beautifull to drive, especially during sunset.

Review 4：Such a beautiful place to be. Everything has been harmoniously displayed and is animated by a reserved and efficient staff. We felt like we were home and nothing went wrong during the 8 days of our staying. This location is excellent.

Review 5：We have been coming to naxos for the past 5 years - This year was by far the best time we have had - mainly due to our first year staying in the Summerland resort. The first two days of our trip we did not leave the resort - we spent it enjoying the facilities and beautiful and relaxed setting. The resort and rooms were extremely clean and staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this resort for a relaxed holiday situated close to some of the best restaurants and beaches in the whole of the island.

Review 10：The room we had was huge but the bathroom and kitchen were pretty outdated - the kitchen was very basic and didn't have many things included. Some washing up liquid, a cloth and a clean tea towel would have been a nice touch to make up for the basic facilities. One of the bedrooms smelt damp and the sheets were mouldy and discoloured, however these were changed as soon as we claimed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but the experience would have been better with a bit of updating to the rooms.

Review 11：The owner Yiannis and his staff were really friendly and helpful - Yiannis even lent us his car to get groceries one day! They were lovely to our young son and gave him lots of attention and treats. The facilities were really good (although the playground was a bit tired) and the breakfast was fabulous, lots of choices and freshly cooked eggs and pastries. The quiet location suited us as we were minutes from the local beach which was often deserted - although you definitely need a car to explore the Ireland. There are a couple of fantastic tavernas nearby - Kastraki Paradise on the local beach and Axiotissa is just on the junction with the main road.

Review 12：The host is a very likeable person who took very well care of all our needs and requests. The resort is of exceptional quality in Naxos and a green and peaceful oasis on this busy island. The nearby beaches are excellent and the taverns offer good food at reasonable prices. The location, while a little off the main tourist tracks, allows to get everywhere in no time - all you need is a vehicle. Bikes, motorbikes and cars are easily available locally. Highly recommended first choice place for Naxos!

Review 13：Most of the appartments have been refurbished, however, our bathroom and kitchen did require updating but was still perfectly functional. Updating and standardizing the staff uniform would massively enhance initial perceptions.

Review 14：A beautiful clean appartment with tradtional features and balconies overlooking the pool. A quiet setting but not too far from various beaches, tavernas and bars (car essential). Staff were very helpful yet descrete with x 2 quiet pool areas most of the day. Perfect as a base for all genres to explore the island or relax poolside.

Review 15：First night in the old part, which reminded us of a camping shack. They didn't have the room free that we'd already paid for. Instead we were logded in a shack and had to press the responsable to be able to change the next day. Otherwise nice.

Review 18：Friendly staff, who were able to organise transfers to and from airport and port. Very clean. Good breakfast Two swimming pools so always nice and quiet. No more than 5 mins walk from beach, bus stop, cafe and a taverna although food at the resort was good.

Review 26：Due to the previous ratings we travelled to Kastraki with high expectations. But we were quite disappointed... I guess, the hotel has seen better days. Just some points: our shower had no curtain, so that the bathroom was regulary under water; the bathroom facilites were pretty old - especially the plug hole was porose; the fridge was noisy and dirty; the matress was full with stains; towels were perforated; the cushions in the restaurant were dirty; there was no sleep without oropax... The owner and the staff called our room "the best room" - I really don't know if this was a joke and perhaps the other rooms were in a different condition - we couldn't compare with other rooms. On one evening we had dinner at the hotel-owned restaurant and as the waiter served some bread with tapenade and a bottle of water without asking, we thought about it as a nice service (as known from every other restaurant). But as these positions were put on the bill, we were a little bit puzzled. Staff is very nice but there's a lack of organization and professionalism.

Review 27：Perfectly located close to Kastraki Beach. The beach is very calm with clear water and ideal to relax. Some nice tavernas around it (Apolafsi, Paradise taverna), a Mini Market and a bus station. Outdoor facilitys (2 pools) are nice.

Review 31：On arrival we were upgraded even without asking. We looked at the standard room to compare with the studio we stayed in and all are well appointed and immaculate throughout. Pools, jacuzzi, playground on site and a nice beach within minutes makes this a great location. The owner and staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant food was second to none. We will be staying again and would highly recommend it to others mainly for family or honeymooners.

Review 32：We loved the peaceful and tastefully designed pool area. Our kids (4 &6 years) couldn't get enough of the three different swimming pools andthe whole family preferably relaxed in the spread out sofa groups inthe late afternoon breeze. All food that we tried was delicious and theincluded breakfast hearty and varying from day to day. The rooms wereneat and fresh. The nearby beach was also great and we found two lovelytavernas in walking distance from the hotel. Last but not least thetruly dedicated and friendly staff. A bit unexperienced but alwaysready to help. They owner of the hotel was also very accessible andhelped us arranging car rental, transfer and tips and ideas for placesto see at Naxos.
