Review 1：The b&b was situated in a very good position. Close enough to the beach the town, harbour and pavilion. The proprietors could not have been more helpful.
Review 2：Our only quibble was that the duvet was extremely warm for the time of year, but with just a sheet it was a bit too cold! Perhaps a thinner blanket in the cupboard might help. The bed itself was very comfortable, though, and we still slept quite well in the end.
Review 3：I chose this guest house because the decor looked the nicest of those I saw, and it didn't disappoint. I loved the four-poster bed and the quaint bathroom wallpaper. Sue and Graham were lovely and cooked an amazing breakfast.

We stayed for 6 days so appreciated how comfortable and spacious the room was. Breakfast was lovely each morning and kept us going for most of the day.We could also see the sea from our room which was great.

Review 17：A value for money B&B that comes with superb hospitality and comfortable rooms. Sue was very welcoming and friendly and helped us with parking and recommendations of local attractions. The twin bedroom we had was a good size with an ensuite that has a powerful shower. WiFi connection was fast. The area was quiet so we had a good night's sleep. Pleased with the cooked breakfast as it was served very quickly. Also really appreciated Graham helping us carry our suitcase up to the second floor to our room.
Review 18：Just a problem with shop deliveries, being noisey in the morning's.perhaps secondary glazing would help this.The window in our room was quite low so could have benefited from having a net or shutter in the bottom half.

Review 20：The attitude of one of the owners, Sue. Nothing was too much trouble. Had absolutely no issues with us asking for variations to the breakfast etc. Also handy to be given a free parking permit.
Review 21：Can't say it was a bed experience - just that the bed was far harder than mine back at home which meant sleep wasn't always a given. Also - something that was totally out of their control - the sound of traffic from around 4am to after midnight. Not a problem at all if you are city dwellers but it was for us as we live in a quiet part of a smallish town.
Review 22：Hosts were beyond fabulous. Malcolm drove us to car hire depot on arrival and "escorted" us when dropping car back off before going on to take us off at the station. Told him he and his wife were probably fed up being so lovely and downright nice. His response? "We do it because we love it". There is nothing more to say after that is there? They were also spot on with their recommendations for restaurants and overall dammed good company!

Review 26：The location was excellent only 5 minutes walk to the station and the shops were close by too. Sue was lovely and very helpful. We had a twin room which was well equipped with everything you could need, clean and comfortable beds. A good choice of breakfasts which were delicious. A very enjoyable stay and we would definitely choose this guest house again.
Review 27：If there was a down side, it would be the 10 minute or so walk to the town for older people. Personally, it's better to walk to the noise rather than have it on your doorstep.

Review 49：Room not clean, dust on bed side tables & bed not pulled out to be cleaned so build up of dust/dirt behind it, tea/coffee/water tray was not wiped clean. stains & dirt on trays,mugs were old & cleaned with a wire brush inside them so you could see all the wire marks inside the mugs, kettle needed descaling.

Review 56：I would stay here again but choose a room at the back to lessen traffic noise. My booking was fairly last minute, and I was aware that the room I was reserving faced onto a main road. I'm quite sensitive to traffic noise, but I would say that anyone who is, perhaps, only moderately sensitive may be happy with a front facing room as after about 11:30 p.m. the traffic wasn't what I would describe as 'heavy', more occasional. I also had to sleep with the window open as it was a hot weekend, but with window closed, traffic noise should be greatly reduced.

Review 59：We stayed for 4 nights at this lovely Guest House and I can honestly say its one of the best we've ever stayed in. Both Sue and Graham were very welcoming and the room we had was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent value and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. I would recommend this guest house to anyone who wants a clean ,comfortable place to stay.

Review 65：Finding a parking space was rather tricky. Although parking permits were provided, you still had to find a space.We were rather unfortunate in that our wing mirror was damaged while parked, but through no fault of Sue & Graham.
