Review 1：No parking, had to park quite a far way due to permit holder parking only. Room was freezing and shower was rubbissh, no power. Very noisy bar below and people still sat outside until the very early hours of the morning, so was noisy. Would not stay again and the room was not worth £60 for one night.

Review 3：The room was worn down needed decorating as was very worn.. The shower went hot and cold and didn't have much pressure. We had to phone the bar to ask them to put the heating on as it was extremely cold, the heating was turned on for about an hour and we were wake most of the night freezing cold..

Review 5：The room was dirty. The bedding was outdated and clearly over used. There were layers of dirty under layers to try cover the old mattress. Dead flys on the floor and damp marks everywhere. Loud music till 5.30am as its right next to the night club. I didn't sleep on bit. Will never stay there again or recommend it. Am a little shocked hotels like this still exist.

Review 9：The bed was old and you can feel the springs! Due to the location adjacent to a night club, you can hear bottles being disposed all throughout the night and rowdy people. Worst night sleep ever!

Review 11：The room was small and it took about 10 minutes to get hot water. The bed was really uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on springs. The noise from the disco playing drum and base was unbearable and went on until 3am on a Tuesday. There was also a street light directly outside our window so we had to put a towel over the window, the bedding was stained.

Review 25：The Nook is quirky, the staff to be found working (hard) in Weymouth's only cocktail bar a couple of doors away, and they were so very, very helpful, seeing immediately to anything we needed. Yes, there was some noise at night, but this is mentioned clearly when booking. And I have never before had such generous amounts of tea/coffee/milk in the room. And I have NEVER had a room before with such a fantastic view of the sea front. It was spell-binding and ever changing. Loved the quirkiness, thank you for a great stay x
Review 26：The hotel was near a late night bar and we were kept awake on and off by people chatting outside till about 5 am. Then we were woken again by a road sweeper and general traffic at 6! The floors were also uneven and there were a lot of Staines on the carpets!

Review 30：I was very happy with the room until I wanted to go to sleep which was about midnight. I knew there was a warning that music from next door will go on til late, but I didn't think it would be such loud thumping music and til 5am!! My ears are still ringing two days later. I had about 3-4 hours of broken sleep that night. Very uncomfortable. Don't stay in this hotel unless you are partying til that time yourself.

Review 34：Very near the night clubs so noisy into the night, if you are a light sleeper!! No breakfast included which makes the venue a tad expensive for what you get.

Review 37：On the Seafront, plenty of things going on for the 20-30 set. It was ideal for the fishing trip I had planned for a 5am start the following day. It is value for money at the price I paid and would prob use it again mid week!

Review 41：Staff were very friendly. Got locked out one night, staff were brilliant. view over the sea was lovely. Stayed in a family room with my partner and grand-daughter who is six, was plenty of sleeping room to accommodate us and one extra if needed.
Review 42：When we arrived we had to call a number to be checked in the room was not clean with the bathroom floor was very dirty the bed cover had stains the pillows had small hairs on them and when I went to use wardrobe the top of it nearly knocked my head off!! And to top it all off the bed was totally broken the base had all caved in and was pillows and old duvets filling the hole that was the last straw for us and we asked for a room change but was told they had none and was given a refund by this time it was early evening and we had to find somewhere else to stay and at such short notice it cost us a quit bit more

Review 44：There was so much noise we couldn't sleep. The room was so hot we had to have the window open which made it worse. On the first night a fight started downstairs in the bar and an ambulance with three police cars plus a police van came to arrest people and we had lights flashing through the window all night.

Run out of toilet rolls, had to use damp towels on second day. Room was musky, stains on walls/pictures, light switch dodgy, side lights didn't work. Shower poor, shower door didn't close.toilet seat broken.

The room we moved to was very pleasant and had a sea view, however the bed was not a full double which made for a very crampped and uncomfortable night. This is no one's fault at all. At around 2:45 am the fire alarm went off which nearly gave me and my partner a heart attack. On top of that there was loud music most of the night witch I don't think stopped until around 5am. And yes I am fully aware that there is nothing that can be done about that as it's a cocktail bar after all.

Review 72：Location at night, defening vibrating walls due to nightclub underneath, no heating, shower which takes forever to heat up, very rude and inconsiderate manager who refused to give refund and just stated,"it says there might be noise on the night", and therefore tough. Been to Weymouth many times, great place, lovely people, but please don't make the mistake of stopping here, it looks nice, good location as such, but not if your intending on going to sleep at all, ended up driving back in middle of night, and I'm only 35, and enjoy dance music, but this place was a joke.

Review 76：Guesthouse is above a bar/nightclub which has a license to 5 am. We had booked because it was close to the ferry. Ended up having 1 hr sleep due to noise from club. Plus you have to pay when you check in and there is no reception. If you want to complain it is to the bar staff in the club and you have to get past the burly doorman to to that and drunk patrons. All v intimidating. Complete farce. Can't believe booking.com list it. An appalling ripoff.
