Review 5:Very friendly staff; provides enough breakfast for dinner supplies as well if you so wish! Cottages are very well equipped, clean neat and tidy. Would recommend
Review 6:We received a very warm welcome at Norbin Farm. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. We loved the idea of cooking our own breakfast which was provided fresh daily. Lovely waking up to cows outside. The area around Norbin is beautiful. There are many places of interest close by. Bowood house and gardens is a must and Lacock which is National Trust is an amazing little hamlet. We intend to go back in the spring to see Bowood in a different season and will definitely be staying at Norbin Farm
Review 7:Wonderful farm with friendly owner and clean, spacious rooms. We really enjoyed the fresh ingredients provided to cook your own breakfast! Very convenient location for visiting Bath and the nearby countryside.
Review 8:Peaceful, clean, very pleasant proprietor and a very good breakfast to tuck into.Would certainly recommend to friends and family and will be back again. Very handy for Bath which is a lovely city for shopping and history attached.
Review 9:Location hard to find with only a map.
Review 10:Wonderful facilities in our one bedroom self-catering spot. Well equiped with washing machine, ample space, good breakfast items for preparation.
Review 11:Fabulous king bed in large room in farm off main road so nice and quiet but close to towns like Bath and Bradford on Avon. Warm welcome by owners who provided generous supplies for breakfast and house provisions
Review 12:The heater was still on in the bathroom so got hot, but if that is all to not like it had to be good.
Review 13:A lovely place we really enjoyed making our own breakfast and there is plenty, was good not having to go by the clock as we wanted to be more leisurely and we still got to do loads during the day.
Review 14:Fantastic self catering accommodation set in gorgeous countryside. loved that breakfast was provided for you to cook at your own leisure and the bed was fantastic. Owner was brilliantly helpful and couldn't recommend staying here more.
Review 15:Just minor things, shower cubicle a bit cranky, net curtains for front windows would help privacy.
Review 16:Friendliness of owner who obviously wanted everything to be perfect for us.being able to prepare our own breakfast with an excellent range of ingredients.
Review 17:Stayed here for a long weekend over Easter. Not was easy to find and nicely sign posted. Not far from bath town and was a simple quick drive. The room was lovely, cosy and comfortable. Made to feel welcome the while stay and was nice and homely. There are dogs and cats in the area which belong to the owners. Didn't bother us as we are animal lovers but may not agree with all guests. I have no faults to the stay or room. Would recommend and probably would stay again :)
Review 18:Bed, personally I found hard and it would have been desirable to have had a passworded wifi.
Review 19:Friendly welcome, well furnished apartment, good view and nice cat.
Review 20:It's worth knowing that the heating is from electric heaters as it was cold in the morning without them on.
Review 21:I stayed for 2 nights on business. Even though I arrived very late, I was made to feel welcome. I had a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a parking space outside at a price less than budget hotels in Bath. I can't wait to go back with my wife for a non-business trip. Thanks Gill!
Review 22:One morning it was foggy but it was November when we stayed there.
Review 23:Clean , comfortable accommodation, helpful owners. Situated in open countryside / farmland with long distance view from the room we were in.

Review 26:Poor tv /dvd arrangements , for older non techy , myself, floundered at at negotiating player, channels etc. Also as there were facilites for basic cooking a more comprehensive set of utensils would have helped
Review 27:Felt as if we were in own small property not as guest in another house .Also being able to eat and prepare own meals was very helpful.Standard of cleanliness was excellent. Liked being able to prepare own breakfast, selection of items was good
Review 28:You really need a car to get around, but not a problem for us
Review 29:The kitchen facilities were most welcome, after 3 weeks of pub meals. Quiet rural location in a lovely countryside environment. Generous bathroom and living areas. Good and generous ingredients provided for the self catering breakfasts (the sausages were great). Fresh fruit bowl was a nice touch. Gill and Andy were lovely hosts and helped with ideas on places to visit...their recommendation of Lacock was a very pleasant surprise, as we really enjoyed our time at the Abbey and village
Review 30:Absolutely no problem for us but maybe for others: Little difficult to find /you need a car to get here and somewhere around.
Review 31:Gill at Norbin Farm was very friendly and helpful. If you like cats - you will find new friends. Lots of choice for breakfast. Quiet place.
Review 32:I absolutely loved it. It's in the nature and the host was really lovely! Great breakfast with fresh fruit, and everything you can wish for. You pretty much have a small apartment, nobody around you, only the birds outside of the window that sing for you when you are ready to wake up :)

Review 62:Genuine farm location, large rooms with own entrances and a warm welcome from Gill and her cats. The DIY breakfasts give you the freedom to eat when it suits you too.
Review 63:I particularly liked the spacious room, the rural peace and quiet and receiving breakfast ingredients in my room rather than having to go to a breakfast room.
Review 64:Very quiet location near plenty of places to explore close to Bath. Lovely big comfortable room, sofa a bonus for a B&B. The self catering facilities gave more freedom to enjoy a lazy lie in, and option to 'eat in' in the evenings. Excellent provisions for DIY breakfast, and nice to be provided with ground coffee and fresh milk. Will definitely book again if coming back to this area and happy to recommend.
Review 65:very nice host, generous layout of the room, very tidy bathroom, pleasant arrangement, individual touch, good recommendations, breakfast diversified, value for money ok.
Review 66:Cant think of anything.
Review 67:Friendly owner, liked the do-it-yourself breakfast as it gave you options on when to have it etc. WiFi connection was excellent. Plenty of room to relax and finish off some work in the evening. I increased my stay to two nights on the back of the above.
Review 68:The owner, the facilities, the layout, the atmosphere, the friendliness and willingness to help on ANY issues at all. Brilliant stay. Will stay there again!
Review 69:Shower cubicle was quite small And it would have been really nice to have a bath. Unfortunately the walls are quite thin and we could hear a rather amorous couple next door on our first night which was a bit embarrassing. Also the owner had a party in her house on one evening with very loud music. It wasn't a late party, we were just tired after a busy day in Bath and she did apologise the next day. It wouldnt stop us returning or recommending
Review 70:E It was a beautiful location, far enough away from Bath to relax and yet accessible. It was lovely to be able to get up when we wanted to and make breakfast in the way we wanted it. The bed was huge and everything was clean and tastefully decoraed. The owner was very friendly and we loved her cats.
