Review 1：breakfast was weak, just the basic stuff: bread, croissant, coffee, youghurt

Review 2：It was a good bargain as we got a promotion, otherwise rather expensive for the facilities it offers

Review 3：No coffee machine or microwave in the apartment. There was a drain blockage in the shower.

Review 4：The personnel were nice and frendly. The room is being cleaned and the towels changed daily. The style of the hotel is quite good.

Review 5：Breakfast could be better; it came up that the hotel reserved the sum for the hotel on my bank account, but I needed to pay on my arrival, but the reservation sum will be cancelled only after checked out ( the reservation sum will come back to me only in 2 weeks time!!!!)

Review 7：We are a family of six and were given two rooms in a courtyard with three room in between, the rooms were too far apart to even let the kids sleep while we had a drink in our room before joining them again. The location of the hotel was much further from the Eiffel Tower than expected. The taxi fair to the airport was meant to be around 50/60 euro, it ended up being 75 euro as the hotel received a thank you in the form of an undisclosed euro tip from the taxi to the hotel. Breakfast was ok but the hotel didn't have enough food for all guests, so you need to get up early. A pleasant hotel with a few issues.

Review 9：Old building. The bathtub felt in plastic and moved under me when stepping in it. The water didn't go through immediately in the bath tub so maybe something was stuck. Rooms are not well isolated.

Review 11：Horrible lobby The carpets never changed since Napoleon ruled France. The bed was to short for me (I am 190CM so not extreme tall) No lightning in the corridor, I had to find my way by feeling the walls!! :-( Breakfast "room" had the ambiance of a bomb shelter.

Review 36：Hotel Princesse Isabelle is one of the worst hotel I have seen in my life. The hotel almost made me miss a flight: Credit Card machine at hotel had some issues and it took almost 2 hours to settle down payment. Hotel staff was not friendly at all and they refused manual payment (the old way with paper and credit card), Hotel was offered payment on the phone with my colleague's credit card and other solutions we suggested. Besides that hotel neither have good rooms nor have amenities so in a nutshell this hotel is not a great place to stay. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Review 42：My wife, my 3 year old son and myself we are stay 2 night in. After first breakfast they ask me to pay for my son 12 pound and they set to me they see him to eat all food. That hotel was unbelieved, The room was very dirty, all staff was unprofessional. I parked my car in hotel car park but I can used my car because they have only one key to open that car park and they doesn't want to loosed.

Review 60：This time the room was a bit small as was the table. The electricitypoint did not work, so I had to use the one of the television.

On my return I was again fond of thenames of the rooms and the welcoming atmosphere of the lobby and the barbar. Good and straightforward service at check-in. They had an issuewith the hot water after 7:30 in the morning. No shower for me, but Igot 10% rabat.

Review 66：Room was almost the size of the bed (not much room around it) The doorof the room connected to the garden, which made the room drafty. Theheating had to be on, but gave a bad atmosphere. Bathroom was verysmall, door had to be closed in order to fit in.

The room was not as small as we had expected, after reading some of the reviews, it was comfortable and decorated to a good standard, although it was a strange shape!! The shower was fantastic!! We will definitely use this hotel again! The mirabelle bar/restaurant about 3 minutes walk away (on the way to La Defense Esplonade metro station) was excellent for a snack lunch and the drinks were very reasonable in price).

Review 74：About the room: - garden room which was very dirty (cigarette ashes, cobweb) - strong damp smell - no wifi, tv connection discruption About the service; When I kindly asked the person at the front desk to get another room he almost took it as an offense and started a show saying that staff from BNP Paribas and Total would fight for this type of room (I invite those guys to show up on this site); he finally said to me the hotel was fully booked and when I checked on Booking.com 10 minutes after there was still one room available.

Review 76：Lovely hotel! Our room was outside in a type of courtyard. The bed wasvery comfy. It was big enough for our 4 night break, not small likeother paris hotel rooms. Great shower / new bathroom. Clean, quiet, air-conditioned and staff were so lovely and helpful. I would definately goback there. Only stop1 on the metro to porte maillot (where ryan air busdrops off and if you get into paris late and want to take a taxi to thehotel, the fair is reasonable, we paid €15 from porte maillot to theprincesse isabelle and that included a tip).

Review 81：Friendly staff, small but very clean and comfy room, pleasant bathroom(newly done - good shower, no bathtub though). Access from the metroline 1 (7 min away on foot) is "funny" the first time you get therebecause it's part of La Defense-Puteaux business area and can be a bitdisconcerting, it is also deserted in the evening and week ends.However, once you're out of the business area (mid-way) you're back intofamiliar looking french city or town districts with cafes, restaurantsand small businesses. Puteaux town centre is very close as well. Infewer words, this is an excellent value for money 3 star hotel.
