Review 1：We booked the hotel as it has a restaurant, unfortunately it was closed for the holidays if we had known we would not have booked this hotel

Review 3：located in the middle of nowhere, impossible to stay unless you are travelling by car. shabby everything. no pleasure whatsoever but passable if the objective is just to spend a night or two between business days, with no illusions about leisure options.

Review 5：Excellent value for money. We arrived very late in the night so we have collected the key through the box outside. Just remember to ask for your password beforehand. It was quiet, and the check out was at midday which is convenient.

Review 6：Unfortunately, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, even though pictures on the website and in the hotel guide in the room showed them being there. The basin was partially blocked and with no plug.

Review 14：The location is on the out skirts of Beauvais on ind.est. . If you have your own transport, then not a problem. Other wise you will need to use taxis, at 15euros from hotel to Beauvais Gare SNCF (train station). The hotel, though staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel room we were in Seriously needed a coat of paint very dirty walls - whole hotel needs upgrading.

Review 15：There was one member of staff that spoke good English. Though the other staff were helpful as best they could. Breakfast was 8 euros but there was plenty to eat indeed, - continental breakfast... poor location, however there are lanes and farmers fields to walk by... There are plenty of shops e.g. clothes, toys and grocers with a Macdonalds close by also a huge supermarket (similar to asda) called 'Carrefour' nearby...walking distance...

Review 18：Bed is very bad, broken kettle no lid on it and they did not change it even after my complaint. The room had a bad smell, sink drain had no cover and this contributes to the bad odour.

Review 20：The reviews were somewhat miss-leading. If you plan to book a place that's close to the airport just to save travel time, don't bother. 10 minutes (from reviews) turned into more than an hour. First you have to wait for a bus at the airport, then it takes about half an hour to go to the hotel, because the bus goes in a circle (€4 for 48H). Hotel to airport is around 15 minutes. So we made a mistake with this choice. A taxi is about €20 (as compared to €17 for a bus to Paris.) So it's better to stay in Paris for an extra night somewhere around Port Maillot, then it's really convenient to just go from there (1 H) straight to the airport. The hotel is placed in a very strange location. Some industrial area. There is a chinese all you can eat close by, but you have to cross a highway and go along the fence in a circle to get there. The hotel looked abandoned and strange. It's a budget stay for tired people. If you are a couple or traveling with children, my advice - do not go there. Sorry, just trying to be honest. The place is fit for a traveling salesmen, not for couples going to Paris. The whole place smelled of something strange, probably a cleaning agent or something, but the smell was intense. Wifi was ok, it might be ok, if you have a car. Still, I would spend some extra to book somewhere else.

Review 30：The hotel is farther from the airport than I thought, and so the cost of our taxi to and from the airport was significant - almost as much as our flights from Portugal on Ryan Air. This is not the hotel's fault, but should be made clear to travellers using it as an airport hotel option. Hotels in Tille are much closer to the airport, and would cost much less to get to if you're without a vehicle.

Review 31：We decided to stay at the Hotel Balladins so that we'd be close to the airport for our morning flight. I appreciated the message that was sent clarifying the late check-in process. Otherwise, I might have been a bit startled to find the reception desk shutting down for the night just as we arrived. The room was adequate, but there is really very little else in close proximity to the hotel: a McDonald's and a Chinese Buffet were our two options for dinner, since the hotel restaurant is closed on Friday evenings. However, the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

Review 37：The hotel is apart from everything and is no good if you don't have a vehicle. With an intermittent bus service, to coincide with plane arrivals, taxis are required. Whilst I was there the restaurant was closed for staff holidays, this should have been notified especially with it's location. Having minimal French language skills this made my stay frustrating as there was only 1 staff member that spoke any English and she worked at night

Review 109：Around 5am we heard loads of noise.The walls are very very thin. We dont know whether it was the people in the next room but the were loud talking and banging and crashing all sorts of noise really spoiled our sleep.

Review 110：We checked in after 11.30 and although there was no staff around there was a self service kiosk outside where you just put your booking reference in and it provides you with you access card. The room is ok for the money but tea/coffee and a kettle should be provide like our travelodges/premier inns. Large free car park

Review 111：Noisy with thin walls. The shower was useless unless you are over 2m tall, the basin had no plug and the loo wasn't properly fixed to the floor. In other words the bathroom was rubbish.

Review 115：The staff is always preoccupied and not interested in helping with general information. The airport shuttle doesn't have an actual stop behind the hotel so make sure to wave the bus down.

Review 117：We had a triple room, but found 3 single beds pushed together without any space between them, so we had to rearrange the space slightly to allow for walking in-between (we made a double and a single out of them). The room was also extremely small, barely fit 3 people's luggage + the beds.

Review 120：COMPLAINT: Once checked in(10pm) I went out for something to eat. On my return(11pm) I couldn't get back into my room. There were no staff on duty, the attendant buzzer went unanswered for an hour and a half. I rang the emergency number and could not get through at all. My car keys were in my room, my medication was in my room, all my contacts for the next days business was in my room. I had to book into another room in the hotel in order to sleep. This cost me another 72 euros. The next day at 6am I complained and was told I would receive a refund and be contacted by HO. So far nothing. I want a full refund of all monies paid and compensation for the inconvenience caused. It has been a dreadful experience
