Review 1：the best beaches are quite far away. no problem if you rent a car, though.

Review 2：we stayed at the roof room, which was spacious and had a great terrace. the hotel itself is a very pleasant place. the bar serves one of the best frappes on the island.

Review 8：The shower was quite small and out-dated. Personally, I liked that there wasn't wifi in the rooms. However, the signal in shared areas wasn't very strong and often cut out, which was a little frustrating.

Review 26：The hotel isn't what I thought it would be, given the advertising on Booking.com. The advertising made it look close to the beach - it is, in fact, several blocks away and it's not a real public beach, either. The location really wasn't terribly impressive. Being peak season, the hotel was full, the pool isn't as large as it appears in the advertisement, and visitors seemed to be spending a large amount of time around it, which meant that it was often crowded. I don't think I got a proper 3 bed-room despite having booked that (and hoping therefore to have more space) and nor were there sea views (this really has to be taken out of the ad), but the manager did give me a slight discount when I asked about this. Other small annoyances came into play - whether it was with regard to the attitude of some of the staff and some of the comments they made; that the breakfast wasn't terribly tasty; or that basic items in the room such as a cord for the kettle weren't there. Sorry, but the hotel really didn't match up with my two previous experiences, which were, in one word, 'awesome'.

Review 27：Neatly kept, nicely decorated. Rooms are quiet despite bar downstairs (at least, until the people around the bar come upstairs!) There is a pool, which is great for kids.

Review 33：-- Swimming pool area is closed after 20.00. In my opinion they shouldn't close it that early. And sometimes its nice just to seat near the pool in evenings (not swimming). This is not really crucial however. The hotel is really good.

They really tried to make it cosy and they succeeded! -- Quiet street slightly away from the main road and the beach -- a really good location for me. -- A really good breakfast menu with large variety of the Greek and European food. Next time I'd choose the same hotel in this area. I've been to several others, and I'm sure that "Nathalie" is even better than some of them which have 5*. It is really very good.

Review 57：Great location near to bus stops and restaurants. Although the hotel was used by travel companies, the smaller size of the hotel meant that it still maintained a friendly and warm atmosphere. Staff were excellent and super friendly and warm.

Review 58：Plumbing a bit hit and miss. e.g. stood in the shower unable to turn it off as tap screw threads worn. Had to turn off at main and seek assistance. A couple of glasses in the room would have been nice.

Review 60：Most definitely the stairs. The room we booked was up about sixty stairs, and with no lift as an alternative, we had to carry a heavy suitcase all the way. We could have taken a lower room as an option, but, the room was not as nice. The mattress was rather hard. The basin didn't allow the bathroom door to open fully, and we put a towel over the edge to stop damage to the basin. A bit difficult to find

Every single staff member was friendly and helpful and we felt at home the minute we walked through the door!
