Review 1：There was a bit of noise from a child running up and down the corridor at 7 am on the Sunday - and some disturbance at 4 am. But in a hotel you can't often escape outside noise. Also parking is limited.
Review 2：The staff were very friendly and even let my disabled brother stay in his room while we had a walk along the beach before check-out. The rooms were basic, but comfortable and clean and very good value for money. The breakfast was a good basic English. The bacon was a little dry and the tomatoes tinned - but this is a very small quibble very good value.
Review 3：We were charged £5.00 per night to park the car which was not advised when we booked. The car park was a nightmare to get in and out but can understand why the owner has to operate the system he does due to outsiders using the parking spaces.

Review 5：cant understand it 4 stars, would rate as 1. Wouldnt call it hotel, more hostel. lift was like a coffin, scary if you dont like enclosed spaces.... idont. Breakfast cold! Why order day before. List is endless. If proprieters werent going to be there why not shut. Poor staff. Dont like parrott. Smokers would be fined, but ok for drinkers to be intoxicated to wreck front garden, leave mess in hallway. Bring alcohol to breakfast and not turfed out as it should have happened especially with children in the area. No condiments on table only jam, no sauces. Wouldnt stay here again even if it was offered free. Bathroom window wouldnt close. Shower very small and you couldnt test the temp unless already in. Size was same as a caravan shower cubicle. Welcome pack/list of amenities and how to use the facillities would be nice.

Review 12：My room was in the eaves of this hotel partly accessible by lift but then by a flight of stairs. The room had a view of the rubbish bins at the back of the premises, the bathroom was minute, the bed very uncomfortable. The whole ground floor of the building smelled of smoke (mainly I expect from the crowd of smokers just outside the front door. I was also disappointed that the cost didn't cover any food options - an extra cost I hadn't expected.

Review 39：The location of this hotel is perfect! It's near all the attractions and pubs. The staff here couldn't do enough and are very friendly. Only had breakfast here as we stayed one night. It was simple but lovely. Was able to choose what you wanted as some family members fussy eaters. Nice clean bedding and towels.

Review 48：Shower very loose, toilet roll holder above my head and toilet very narrow. Average breakfast. Different room no to table no. Was telling guests to read the pre order papers for their table as they were all quite confused and I was sat at the table nearest the entrance. Member of staff should've been doing that. One lady couldn't see because she had no specs and I was up and down in the middle of my breakfast. Would not stay there again.

Review 110：Our stay here was awful. The room was 80 pounds for a night reduced from 120 pounds. We were a family of 4 expecting a double bed and two singles. We got two singles pushed together a single on its own and a camp bed I wouldn't have put a dog to sleep on. We were told to pre order breakfast the night before which seemed strange at the time but soon became clear in the morning when we were greeted by a reheated breakfast. How they rehearse fried egg I don't know. We were on the second floor but the lift had no light bulb so had to use the stairs. At the bar there was no drink selection as everything had ran out. The room was freezing cold as was the breakfast. We were kept awake all night by a large group of young men staying there after being told it was a family hotel. I would never stay there again. We came home feeling like we needed a break to recover. The hygiene was not good, the room was dusty with obvious cobwebs and acumen in the shower room. Never again

On arriving I was told that the hotel was fully booked And I was put in an annex away from what I had booked was not very happy with the management and the way that I was treated, will not be going there again
