Surrounded by a 753,474 ft² meadow, this friendly spa hotel, which has been run by the same family for 3 generations, is located in the center of Pertisau, on Tyrol’s Lake Achen.
The Wiesenhof, which was recently completely renovated and enlarged, features the “Karwendeltherme”, a 16,146 ft² oasis of health and well-being with indoor pool, saunas and relaxation room.
From the rich breakfast buffet and the lunch buffet to the healthy snack buffet in the afternoon and the 4-course dinner, the Wiesenhof pampers its guests with varied culinary pleasures from the morning until late at night.
The spacious rooms and suites all have balconies and offer views of the lake or the mountains. The Bar Lounge features a reading corner and the internet area with DSL and laptops.

Review 2：Everything about this hotel is of the highest standard, from the staff, food, room, cleanliness and overall facilities. They seem to have anticipated everything that one might need.

Review 3：When i called the recipient to complain about the view and my booking was for a lake view room they said that this is upon availiability. But while i was talking to them i hear the other receptionist saying to other customer that they have a very nice lake view room available. So they are lieing to us maybe because we are Arab. But they were very friendly.maybe the were pretending .

Review 9：The wonderful facilities and the very warm welcome made this the perfect holiday. You can tell that this is a family owned hotel as you quickly realise the immense amount of thought that has gone into every detail. It is a truly delightful hotel!

Review 32：Dining rules were confusing (maybe because we don't speak, read German). Ex. the brochure in the elevator talks of late night snacks, only if you find the hotel book in your room (ours was under the other books and we only located it late the second day of our stay) do you find that you have to reserve this service, it is not the same as snack time in the afternoon. Also, we did not know where to eat lunch and were admonished for being in the wrong place. In our defense, besides not seeing the book with the rules until after the fact, the group at the big lunch table seemed to be a large private party, as they all got up to serve themselves at the same time, and we didn't want to disturb. We were trying to show respect, and ended up getting scolded. After finding the book, I looked through it many times looking for the spa hours and couldn't find the info. Because we opted for the snacks on Sat. night instead of diner to take advantage of the spa and therefore went to bed hungry, we were up early for breakfast and decided to enjoy the sauna before checking out, hoping it was open. When (dressed in robes) we arrived at the door to the spa, it was propped open, so we didn't have a change to see the hours. Upon entering, we asked for clean towels, were given them and were allowed to walk through the facility and it dawned on us that the spa was not yet opened for the day. Why didn't your staff member tell us that at the door? Again, we felt like nobody cared about how well informed your clients are. Plus,if you press the facility in your ads, why is it not open until check-out time?

Review 38：Nothing. But a few suggestions. The rooms are a bit sparse indecoration, perhaps some pictures? The smoking area would be best behinddoors as smoke drifts downwards into lounge area and also obstructslibrary access. These comments are intended to be helpful!

Review 40：One staff in particular who returned our bottle of water having had his hands inside the lid when returned - he wasn't at all pleased when I asked him to return it, I was nice, and returned it with a thud on the table. Despite this - the hotel were receptive to any changes we suggested / wanted. All round they make a good effort and we, I suspect, were just a bit unlucky with this particular member of staff
