Review 1：Parking is quite tight but once in its safe & off road.

Review 2：Really liked the fact that this was an annex & we had our own entrance when we got back late. Roy was very flexible & let us have a later breakfast after our late night.

Review 9：We liked the email before we left home asking if we needed anything to help us find them or to book in early and the wonderful warm welcome on arrival The flexibility of the owner to meet all our requests including finding the post code for sat nav for our onward journey. A lovely large annex which was clean and well maintained. The room had everything you might need and we were provided with fresh milk on the fridge too. A special breakfast for fussy eaters too!!! We will certainly recommend this establishment to friends who may need to be in the area as it is very convenient.

Review 10：It was a wonderful visit. Roy was so friendly and accommodating. We were visiting London, but it was easy to get there at all hours and nice to be out of the busyness and noise of the city at the end of the day.

Review 11：Shared bathroom would have been a huge minus. We only found out if was a shared bathroom when we got there. It wasn't mentioned on the booking.com website. However, there were no other guests, so it ended up being extremely comfortable and convenient from that point of view. However, we therefore would have been disappointed if there had been other guests.
