Review 1：The hot water took rather a long time to become hot . But not really a problem just let it run until it did .

Review 4：Lovely bright, spacious and comfy room, very well thought out. Everything you need is provided and more. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Diane is a very accommodating and warm lady who makes you feel very welcome. Hot tub a real bonus :) We usually stay in hotels but we have been converted to B&B's because of this one and we will return again when in Bicester.
Review 5：Diane and Brian were so friendly and helpful, superlarge bed with TV in footboard was amazing, hot tub very welcome after the rigours of the touring day, and a wonderful breakfast served in our room. The only slight hiccup, mainly our own fault, was that we didn't initially persist far enough down the lane to find them easily, we thought it had come to an at the last turn after which you will actually find their entrance. But Diane rushed out down to the main street and kindly rescued my puzzled self with good humour after a phone call. Do persist to the end of the lane ; as others have said this is a hidden gem!

Review 9：Every attention to detail was made. We loved the hot tub! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Even gluten free bread was provided for our toast as the host rushed to the shop for us. Very friendly. We will be back!
