Review 1：Breakfast was very basic it would've been nice to have more variety.
Review 2：staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet. Nice location near to facilities and easy to find.

Review 5：first of all Don't try and find this hotel in the dark its sandwiched between a workers yard and off the road secondly after telephoning to say we would be late and was given instruction's of how to obtain the key using booking number didn't work tried a credit card failed no reason tried another card got the key it then took me 15 mins to find out how to open the gate and as for the room clean small and very poky

Review 9：We stayed here for one night only on our way into France and again a week later on our way home. My previous feedback applies to both nights. Good value for money, clean, pleasant. At edge of town which was what we wanted - just a place to sleep.

Decent breakfast for a very reasonable price. Excellent coffee. Friendly and helpful staff/manager. For the price and what we were looking for it was perfect for us. But don't expect any frills or plush furnishings... great for a night stop over.

Review 35：It is clean , enough heating, the bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant at the reception is a very good idea, you do not have to go back to the city to eat when you arrive at night. Breakfast was also good and furnished

The hotel is located in an area of offices and warehouses, so don't expect a choice of shops and restaurants within walking distance - but presumably that is why the prices are low - and why other hotels are also located here.
Review 37：Some people may not like the fact that is is quite a way out of town. On the other hand it is near major highways so you can find it easily and get away fast.

The room was just freshly painted and very clean and very quiet too, the staff were so friendly and helpful and we ate an evening meal and our breakfast too - the food and the service were excellent - we cannot recommend this little hotel more fully. We found it on Booking.com as a result of a previous review - many thanks indeed!
