Review 1：Some streets do not have names, which made finding the place difficult at night with heavy luggage.

Review 2：The location is perfect and the room and facilities are new and of a high standard. Stella is present all the time and very efficient in handling any requests. When leaving the port/ferry, turn right immediately and walk all along the esplanade (passing many restaurants) until you find Oikonomo Street (blue sign). Turn left and you'll find the name of the guesthouse on your left a few metres up the street (no stairs). Cannot miss it if you have clear instructions.

Review 4：We were met at the ferry by Stella's lovely hubbie. Both he and Stella were very welcoming. Spotless facilities and lovely shady courtyard tables to relax at. Fab location down a quiet cult-de-sac... away from the hubbub but very close to bakery and harbour. Enjoyed the laid back feel of the place.

Review 7：If I had to find a negative, I'd say that a couple of times, the voices in the courtyard sometimes seemed like someone was about to enter our room but this, of course, was not the case and something we quickly got used to.

Review 8：After arriving in Hydra, we managed to get totally lost on the walk up to the Alkionides Pension (All my fault, I was reading the map) but we asked a local and he so-very-kindly went out of his way to take us to this gem. This charming beginning summed up the experience. It's two minute walk from the harbour, just down a little side street. You enter into a courtyard and you realise what an intimate experience it is going to be staying here - there are only a few rooms and they are all off this courtyard. We were early and were not sure where the owner was but then we realised, she lives in the rooms up on the balcony. We called in and she showed us to our room. It was a good size, totally clean, a nice double bed, a small but efficient shower, working A/C and fine wi-fi. When you're in a place as beautiful as Hydra, you really could not ask for any more. The courtyard serves as a place where you can sit in the sun in the morning or evening and, being so central, you can easily pop back anytime if you're in and around the main drag of the harbour at all. I would stay here again and I recommend you do too.

Review 9：Lovely location, quiet and peaceful but right near the centre. Beautiful Greek-style decor and outdoor shady patio, perfect for relaxing with a book. Was great to have the kettle to make tea in the room.

Review 10：Room was huge with balcony. Bathroom was very modern. This place is out of town but I view that as a plus. It was quiet. Bed was also comfortable. Room was very, very clean.

Review 11：It was misleading to say that there were cooking facilities, as they could only be used for coffee or boiling eggs.

Review 13：the description of the room said room with a balcony and 2 single or 1 double bed, but it turns out that none of the rooms offers either a balcony nor a double bed. just 2 single beds one next to the other.

Review 16：The setting was lovely. The room was spotless. The bathroom was up to date with great shower and water pressure. The room had plenty of lighting, many outlets for charging devices and strong wifi.

Review 20：Location is great and not far from the port ,the place is spotless and the bed is very comfortable. Room 10 was a great size but we got moved to room 11 which was smaller and no cooking factillities but still nice.

Review 21：Room was very, very small. All rooms are not the same. The owner hosted a party for outside guest in the court yard that was supposed to be for our use. It was loud and we were unable to enjoy a quiet evening we had planned. The owner was rude.

Review 22：Internet was a bit hit and miss. The owners tried to fix the problem but it was fairly inconsistent to log on to.

Review 23：Loved the accommodation here. We had a lovely room upstairs with its own private balcony. Such a special little place to sit and relax. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers and very quiet location but within 2 minutes walk to the waterfront. This upstairs room was one of the nicest in the complex.
