Review 1：Bed is too short, does not fit regular adult. No hot water. Poor communication from staff for check in and out as keys were to be picked up

Review 3：30 cleaning fee was a bit expensive for 1 room and we also had to pay for bedding as well which we were not expecting.

Review 4：The location is great - right in the middle of town and only a 3 minute walk to the cable car. Apartment perfect for 2 people, but would be a bit of a squeeze with 4. Owner very friendly and welcoming. We were able to leave our bags there for the day after we had checked out.

Review 5：Apartments are quite small. Didn't expect four of us to be crowded into one small bedroom. Sofa bed was broken although usable.
