Review 1：Since Rovaniemi seems to hardly clear the sidewalks, instead putting down gravel, carrying the bags there after checking I at the lovey Hotel Santa Claus was quite literally a drag. Without bags, it is a perfectly fine location.
Review 2：The property was surprisingly nice, clean, and in good condition. While this property is not staffed, the personnel at Hotel Santa Claus were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were able to store suitcases there which made other activities easier.
Review 3：Just outside town centre . No booking in desk need to use sister hotel in town not that near. Had to make and strip own beds .

Review 19：We had 2 rooms. It was very hot i one room but freezing cold in the other and not possible to adjust the room temperature. There was one pillow cover to few in one room. The floors were not clean. There was a bad cloak smell in one of the rooms.
Review 20：Small fridge for so many rooms, we had door to next room in our room and our neigbours were very noisy .... Weird is that there is no reception, and this can be a little bit confusing

Review 24：We had to change the bedclothes ourselves, and put them to the trolley in the corridor. Check-in 1.5 km away. The curtains were to small to make dark by the midnight sun. Ref. to "Insomnia" movie. For 64€ it is hardly acceptable. It valued app. 20€. If you want ot visit Santa, rent a car, or travel by car.

Review 27：A quiet town with beautiful landscapes. Everyone ride a bicycle, running and doing nordic walk including senior citizens.
Review 28：Staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was 11 euros each but was well worth it. Great spread of food. This was provided at the hotel but it's only like a 600m walk from the hostel so it's really not that far or a big deal.

Review 42：1. There is no personnel at the hostel, you have to go to the city center to Santa Claus Hotel to do the check in and address any problems (<10 min walk) 2. The heating is inefficient at some time. When it got really cold one night (-30 degrees C), the heating wasn't enough. We talked to the SC Hotel about extra blankets, but we had to pick them up ourselves from there. The next night they raised the temperature and the blankets proved useless afterwards. 3. The wifi didn't reach our room (we were at the end of the hall). 4. The tax for opening the door (by security) if you forgot your key in your room is ~60euro. (we didn't "test" this policy though).
Review 43：Clean room, sauna in the room, spacious bathroom, TV (with only 5 channels, but with international shows), good view of the sky above Arktikum (we saw the Nightlights from our window), Airport taxi picked us up for the return flight from in front of the hostel.

Review 46：The room's heating systme is not working well (must be replaced as only 10% area of the radiator can path the hot water by - should be jaming/rusting inside) - this is not to change my scoring as a separate electric heater is provided so by open it all day we can live there comfortable with -25 DC temperature outside.
Review 47：Located in old city center actually, a great place with walking distance to city center (5 -10 min normal walking), even in bad weather. See northern light with 10 min walk toward north along the river - impressive. Clean, comfort (voice isolation), good (bigger than I expect) bath room, fair area, lovely public kitchen. Well known by travel agencies and taxi drivers for picking up. Rovaniemi is really not a big city (that is why it's lovely) and this hotel is the right place to start your daily journey everywhere (I walked to the rail station wihtout any problme in 20 min).

No reception, there. you have to go another reception of hotel. it's locate far away. very poor wifi signal. cant connect in the room, even anywhere in the building. shared kitchen? It's micro size kitchen. just two stove and two pots and a pan. I'll do not stay, again.

Review 50：Too expensive for being a hostel, and very inconvenient to go to Santa's Hotel for both check-in and check-out (the two places are not that close each other). Small and not well equipped room, full of dust everywhere (our only experience of this kind during our trip to Finland). And you also have an early check-out at 10.
