Review 1：I have never been to a hotel where every member of staff, without exception were unbelievably helpful, polite and attentive. From our room being available when we arrived at 11 am to the laundry basket waiting to collect all our soaking wet clothes to dry overnight after a day skiing in pouring rain we were really impressed. Excellent location, right next to the Pleney lift. Would definitely recommend.
Review 2：Bathroom was small and to get into the bath to take a shower, I had to (almost) do a high jump! The sides of the bath were very high.

If your skiing the Porte Solie the location is not as good as you will need to hike across town for the Super Morzine lift. You do have the option of the ski bus 100 yards from the hotel

Review 31：The bar staff and restaurant staff really let the team down. They were arrogant and dismissive - such a contrast to the reception staff who couldn't be friendlier. The room wasnt great and the toilet smelled bad and didn't really want to flush - not great for the price. Would still return though if the price was right

Our room was on the back of the hotel so we didn't hear the music from the hotel bar which was good but on Monday night another bar down the road was pumping out very loud techno music but only from 4-8pm so not that bad.
Review 48：The location of the hotel could not be better, you are right on the slope next to the main lift for Morzine and in one of the best bars in town. They have a great boot room and ski room, all very easy access. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful even down to helping us fix a ripped ski jacket, they also give top recommendations for restaurants in town. Good strong hot showers. Perfect location for the ski show on the slope that leads down to the hotel. Value for money is great.
