Located right on Ialysos Beach of Ixia, Avra Beach is an all-inclusive 4-star hotel. Set amidst palm-tree gardens with fountains, it offers a free-form pool and hot tub. Tennis and beach volleyball courts are provided.
All rooms of Avra Beach Resort open to a private patio or balcony with pool or side Aegean Sea views. They have a satellite TV and mini fridge. Each bathroom is fitted with a hairdryer and free toiletries.
Guests can start their day with a buffet breakfast and continue with other meals, enriched with Greek specialties, such as Greek gyro and mousaka. Refreshing drinks and beers are served at the beach bar.

Review 1：Poor quality and choice of food is poor. Very low offer of meat (except for a pork gyros that looked rewarmed over and over) and almost no fruit. Too windy for October (despite the proximity of the beach). No enough sunbeds by the pool (in October! don't want to thing about August). Very poor animation. CHARGEABLE wifi! really unbelievable that no internet access is available no where in the hotel. The cocktails from the all included resembled and sadly some even tasted as dishwasher soap.

Review 2：Easy to reach from Rhodos Old Town (harbour) and the airport through a bus line that stops just by the hotel entrance.

Review 3：Monotone and quite modest food offer. One or none salad for breakfast. Very very modest fruits offer. WiFi connection is charged. A shame for a 4 stars hotel.

Review 5：The bedrooms are a little on the small side. There wasn't any literature in the bedroom, including anything to indicate which TV channels were which. In 21st century wi fi connection should not be chargeable, nor should a room safe.

Review 8：Good location for getting into Rhodes town and the airport. Bus stop right outside hotel. Overall good value for money.

Review 9：The quality and choice of food is poor. The hot breakfast dishes were cold if you went later than 8am. And lunch and dinner had the same choices more or less. Salad, pork and chicken being the main dishes. If they altered the menu, or made sure the food remained hot for the duration of the sittings, then this hotel would be an excellent choice.

Review 10：The hotel is in a good location, not far from Rhodes town. It's located on a pebbly beach, and is a short walk from Ixia centre. The staff and entertainment team were brilliant.
