Review 1：The heating in the apartment was too high without possibility to turn it of completely making the air too dry in the bedroom. The waitresses are not so good with English language.

Review 2：Superb location for skiing. Good restaurant. Cleanliness of the apartment and of the facilities was great all the time. Good breakfast.

Review 5：We got to ths hotel late in the evening, but they were still happy for us to have dinner-which was amazing-the rooms were a good size as was the bathroom. Wifi good. Breakfast also very good and all staff attentive. Well decorated hotel.

Review 10：Rooms are not soundproof and we had the one right under the restaurant. There was a large group of people up there making noise all night long. We called to complain and ask for a new room and told ok, but not when or where to meet the person with the new key. Only until the next morning did we find out there was a lack of communication and we could have had our new room sooner. A bit frustrating to have to move all our stuff after not much sleep.

Review 11：Rooms are large and very clean including the bathrooms. Breakfast was impressive. Restaurant Staff very friendly and engaging with the guests.

Review 12：Directions to the property should be more detailed, especially for thosearriving by rail. While the walk to and from the property from centralLienz is just a bit of a hike, I suggest hiring a taxi from the trainstation (5 Euros) as the walk is almost entirely uphill, a realchallenge with any baggage.

The breakfasts were rich and generous with a wide selection offered. But, the evening meal was astounding. There was a multiple course menu including many chef prepared selection. My two dinners were truly the finest cuisine of my three week journey. All of this was offered for an unbelievablely law cost!

Review 22：Absence of owner family creates a laissez faire athmosphere within some members of the staff. While some are very professional others talk too loud in front of the guests about their private lives, and one of the waiters does not keep a professional distance to the guests.

Review 53：We rented an apartment and it was enormous with huge sliding doors and spectacular view. Very modern and clean with great mini kitchen with dishes etc. Breakfast buffet and dinner were delicious. Staff was warm and helpful. Location is a bit outside of town but great for hiking or skiing (at lift) and can easily walk to town. You are in nature here. There are lots of closets and drawers. big bathroom with separate toilet room. Great shower.

Review 54：For the price they shouldn´t charge money for supplying extra tee,coffee capsels and dishwasher tabs into appartements. Charging 30 EUR for final cleaning after departure in a 4-star hotel-type facility where you pay 130 EUR per night for two is not really fair.

Before having dinner we asked to changea room as soon as we finish dinner, we came back to the reception afterwe finished to find it closed... Whithout no one notifying us. Needlessto say that next morning we left, even if our reservation was for onemore night. The rooms are spacy and new but they lack in style and theyfeel a bit cold. The location is good only if you want to ski, as thehotel is in front of the lifts, apart from that there is nothing elseclose by, the town itself is nothing special. Not going back there evenif it was half priced...
