Reviews for Pension de Kerioual

Review 1:The owner was charming, and the room perfect for our needs. Owing to ferry times we had to overnight in Roscoff in order to make a 6.30am check-in!! We anticipate using the pension on future occasions as it was quiet and secure, with our dog left in the car, (her preference, the dog that is!) and yet we easily drove into the town centre for supper and to the port in the morning.

Review 2:Nothing. We would love to stay their again. Thank you

Review 3:Very comfortable clean place. Lovely people who went out of their way to help us with some car related issue

Review 4:The hotel is located in the lovely village of Roscoff. Probably for this reason is a little bit too expensive for what it is, given that it is located half an hour away from the village center by foot, and the you have to share the bathroom. However, the services were absolutely clean, the staff was friendly, and if you have a car the distance should not be an issue. For a last minute reservation it is definitely ok!

Review 5:Transmitted noise from other rooms too much. Plus a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no one was there to switch it off

Review 6:Clean. Functional

Review 7:My only problem was it was very difficult to find. We had come off the boat at Roscoff and it was quite a long way out of town and we got terribly lost. We couldn't find it on the sat nav and it took us an hour to find.

Review 8:The proprietor was really lovely. We were very late (as we couldn't find the place) but she stayed up for us. Our children were hungry even though it was 10.30pm. She found some bread and ham and made them some sandwiches. She was helpful, friendly and cooperative

Review 9:We stayed one night as it was ideal as it was close to the Roscoff ferry port. About 10 minutes drive. We regret that we didn't have more time there as the village, La Laber was a delightful village and we didn't have time to explore.

Review 10:Shared bathroom for several rooms did make it tricky to get a shower at busy times

Review 11:Really welcoming, clean, quite location and excellent value for money. We were on a cycling tour of the coast and it was right on our route

Review 12:Lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and had a great view over the delightful garden. Although close to the port and town it was a very quiet area. Ideal for families.

Review 13:Really welcoming and helpful. Gave us tea and cakes while the room was being prepared and helped us (on a cycle tour holiday) with little things that made our stay memorable. Lovely garden to sit in. The owner took an interest in us and our children and made us feel very welcome.

Review 14:sharing a bathroom/toilet though we knew about it perhaps a little more quantity for breakfast. would have paid more.

Review 15:location, friendly owners, comfort

Review 16:It was quite difficult to find the property as signposting off the road was not easy to see.

Review 17:It took us a long time to find this place, and it isn't actually in Roscoff.

Review 18:All facilities are good.

Review 19:The room had a very strong smell of air freshener/fragrance, it was far too strong!

Review 20:the lady/staff were so kind and helpful.

Review 21:Very friendly, lovely room. Delightful garden. Very homely. I would return. Extremely handy for the ferry and a really pretty setting.

Review 22:Close to ferry port

Review 23:Expensive for what it was. Shared loo outside was not good with 4 of us (2 under 7) in one room.

Review 24:Nice and quiet had a good sleep, near to ferry port,

Review 25:If you don't have a car, don't choose this place

Review 26:The owner is lovely

Review 27:Blankets on beds, prefer duvets, beds not that comfortable.

Review 28:Delicious meal cooked by host. Excellent

Review 29:Nothing

Review 30:The welcome, nothing was too much to ask. the room was bright and clean. five minutes from Roscoff. Nice garden to sit in. Place was quite so you were not disturbed

Review 31:Nothing at all. The pension is perhaps a long walk from the ferry, but if you are a motorist or (like me, a cyclist) the route is very direct - 10 minutes by bike.

Review 32:Serene location and pleasant garden.Friendly welcome from the owner who was very helpful with directions. I was leaving very early the next morning so I didn't sample the breakfast. I would gladly visit again.

Review 33:It wasn't that we didn't like it , but just in case you arecoming by foot from the ferry at Roscoff it's quite a trek to theguest house - about a 30 min walk and not at all near the main town .

Review 34:Lovely friendly welcome , we had a beautiful ,clean and bright doubleroom . The shared showeroom and toilet were only next door to our roomso they were virtually en-suite , these were also lovely and clean . Bigcomfy bed , good blackout blinds and quiet location give you a lovelynights sleep . We opted to have breakfast which is served from 8am until10am and was €6.50 per person and it was baguette , jam , butter, brioche , coffee and juice and the hostess was always on hand to offeryou more of anything if you wished .All in all a really lovely familyguesthouse and we will certainly be returning in the future .

Review 35:room was not ensuite as advertised. no alarm clock. no cups or glasses in the room for a drink. mattress uncomfortable. shower broken.
