Review 1：The central location, the cleanliness, the friendliness and competenceof the proprietors and their staff. The owners in particular showed megreat kindness and generosity of spirit when my booking ended but theywere full and my business was not concluded. They rented me one of theirflats for a week, and more, when this studio was not comfortable for me,they upgraded me to a very decent apartment (exceptionally) at the sametariff as it was not reserved.
Review 2：With small children, the front door of the apartment opens directly onto a busy road, so we just had to remind out children of this hazard!
Review 3：The apartment was clean, tidy, recently refurbished and had all we needed - including hair dryer and iron with ironing board! Our children really liked the sofa bed and then location of this excellent apartment was right in the centre of Vichy, with the river 5minutes walk away! Ideal spot!
Review 4：When I arrived there was no sign or anything on the door to show we were at the right place, however I had the phone number of a very helpful gentleman who had his colleague come and let me in immediately.
Review 5：The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Very well located, close to amazing restaurants and across the road from a beautiful patisserie. The staff were lovely and let me check out late because I wasn't leaving the city until later in the afternoon. Even carried my suitcase up and down the stairs! The kitchen is very well equipped and the wifi was fast and reliable! Also they provided a magazine with loads of information about Vichy and what to see/do/eat.

Review 12：In summer it can be noisy in the room when the windows are open (the street), the building is old and the isolation inside isn't so good, so you can hear your neighbours. There isn't lift, but Aubry helps to take the bags up and down.
Review 13：We spent in the apartment 12 days in February and we liked almost all in it. The location is wonderful: in the old part of Vichy, there is the source Celestins very near and you can drink and take very tasty water every day, there are good restaurants, cafes and shops very near and plus this there is a wonderful park along the river. In the apartment you'll find everything for comfortable independent life (it's completely furnished, good wi-fi etc) - nobody disturs you and you can feel yourself like at home. There is no luxury in its usual sense, but you'll find real sincere luxury in the heart of Aubry - the young master (host) who meets you at the railway station and takes back by his car (if you need), helps you to be as comfortable as it possible in his nice town and house and who speaks good English and Spanish. Dear Aubry, GREAT THANKS for everything and surely we'll stay at your apartment next time! We can recommend this place for all categories of guests.
