Review 1：We had 3 of the 4 rooms available. All were beautifully clean. Helen the landlady was lovely and couldn't have been any more welcoming. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely go back for another stay.
Review 2：Helen and Pete were lovely, they had our room ready for our early arrival which I thought was exceptional. They were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice, the private bathroom was really big and breakfast was good too. I would not hesitate to book this guest house again.

Review 7：No bad comments just I think that a little sprucing up outside, perhaps a few tubs of flowers and a more distinctive sign as the Pretoria does not stand out and is easy to pass by, the outside does not reflect the inside.

Review 13：The accomodation is very close to the harbour and the town centre. The breakfast is out of this world,sets you up for the day, not for the faint hearted!! Pete and Helen were so helpful nothing was too much trouble
Review 14：Pretoria House is well situated within the centre of Bridlington, five minutes walk to the sea, and shops. The bedroom we had was lovely with a very comfortable bed and two also very comfortable chairs. It was spotless clean. The breakfast are extremelly good and well cooked. Helen and Pete are the perfect landlords that made for a lovely stay.
