Review 2:Lovely breakfast with homemade bread and marmalade. Bed was very comfortable

Review 5:A lovely rooms which was clean and tastefully decorated. The welcome was great and local restaurants recommended. The breakfast was excellent with home made muffins and bread which was a lovely touch.

Review 6:Richard and Rob were very friendly hosts, our bed was super comfy and the breakfasts were really impressive. You couldn't really ask for anything more for a short stay.

Review 7:I liked everything about this place. Super clean, the room was spacious, all facilities worked properly, the staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, with plenty of options. One of the best guesthouses I've been to.

Review 8:Nothing at all.

Review 9:Very friendly and helpful hosts, comfortable and welcoming rooms.the breakfast is to die for! !!fresh home baked bread, home made jam and Marmelade, fresh home made muffins and small cakes, local fruits and vegetables!!!

Review 10:Nothing!

Review 11:We had a fantastic 3 nights at The Warwick. The room was beautiful (as was the whole property) and we were given a friendly welcome. The breakfast was amazing - what a fabulous choice! We really could not have chosen a better place to stay.

Review 12:nothing

Review 13:Staff were all ways available and friendly . The breakfast was home made from local ingredients and tasted divine. Would definitely requirement this place to our friends. Very good value for money.

Review 14:Don't let the location put you off, it's a 10 minute walk to Margate town centre and the front.

Review 15:Everything about the breakfast. It was all home made, even the bread. The pineapple jam was delicious

Review 16:Beautifully done out guesthouse, room very comfortable and light. Owners we're relaxed and very accommodating. Amazing homemade breakfast and dressing gowns!!

Review 17:Location - the street was messy with litter and old furniture but the guest house was beautiful, especially the garden at the front.

Review 18:warm and friendly welcome. Richard was so helpful with tips of places to eat and drink. Room was like a home from home. Really beautifully decorated. Comfy bed, such a great night's sleep!

Review 19:Could have little wine chiller in the room

Review 20:Very friendly and welcoming the decor was to a very good taste cleanliness to a high standard the home made cakes was a nice touch

Review 21:The location of the place was good for public transport and accessing the town and seafront but it is something of an oasis in the desert compared to much of the rest of the street.

Review 22:The owners were very friendly and helpful, for example regarding places to eat and public transport. We liked the style of the property and the amazing breakfasts.

Review 23:There friendly welcome and the ongoing friendly and helpful service was fantastic. The owners are quite rightly proud of their home baking. Thank you for a great stay

Review 24:We enjoyed the homey atmosphere & the welcoming ambiance of the guesthouse. The owners were extremely friendly & helpful. The room was tidy, clean, & well-presented. We would have no hesitation in booking again upon our next visit.

Review 25:The Warwick is in a wonderful period house beautifully renovated by Rob and Richard. Our room was very comfortable with unexpected extras such as hand cream etc. The highlight of our stay were the delicious and large breakfasts every morning - we will definitely go back.

Review 26:We booked a double room, we were given a triple room which was on the top floor. It was nice and airy during the day when we go there but the velux roof windows kept the room very hot even though all of the were open through the night. The blinds let a lot of light in so we woke up very early in the morning.

Review 27:The hospitality - we felt very welcomed and the owners were happy to cater to our every whim.

Review 28:Nothing negative

Review 29:Recently stayed for 2 nights. Guest house is lovely - clean and bright with tasteful period decor and we were made to feel most welcome. Breakfast was sublime, fresh and plentiful with homemade jams and bread. Great value too and another real bonus was the free and efficient WiFi Can wholeheartedly recommend this as a guaranteed fab stay in Margate

Review 30:Hosts were very welcoming on arrival and gave us lots of tips on what to see and do in Margate, as well as the history of the house. Breakfast was one of the best i've ever had in a b&b and as it was Easter we were also treated to homemade Hot Cross Buns.

Review 31:The owners are a delightful couple, the rooms are immaculate & clean , you feel like you're in some bodies home rather than a hotel. The breakfast is excellent.

Review 32:The room was spacious and although we had the one room without en-suite we were given a key to our bathroom so knew that nobody else was using it. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and lots of home made things if: the bread and jam and marmalade were all homemade.

Review 33:uptight ,false twitched out unwelcoming host . had to walk all the way to the bathroom from my room . Long way if you don't have your own transport and would like to walk to the Turner Gallery and Old town . Cliftonville is the roughest area in Margate . Saw great reviews for the breakfast but I didn't agree , shrivelled mushrooms and hard poached egg - nothing left of the cherry tomatoes and no sausage- cold breakfast room . Had to wait 2 hours on my second morning to shower while the builder was there drilling .No facilities for ones medication < I was refused to keep my meds in the fridge , would advise the owners to get a small portable refrigerator for guests for fear of contaminating there food in there fridge I reported them to booking.com as I have never had any trouble elsewhere and they gave me a discount voucher on another stay . Moved from there to a warmer , friendlier less pretentious environment where I had full use of there fridge and even a better breakfast for less the price. This place is far from Alice in Wonderland.

Review 34:5 - 10 minute walk to the sea . free wifi in the room cotton sheets

Review 35:I wasn't having a lie in, so the blinds not keeping the light out didn't bother me. But they would if I wanted a lazy morning. They are really just privacy blinds. This was the top room with the en suite/toilet.

Review 36:The en suite was worth the extra money, no leaving the room in the night. The bed was very comfy and the bedding soft Egyptian cotton. The breakfast room was lovely and cosy and nothing was a bother. Breakfast was very good and getting us going till lunch time. The homemade bread was very tasty. The double glazing blocked the sound of the seagulls. We had the window open in the night and it was a very quiet area.

Review 37:Richard our host was friendly and attentive. And seem to care about the little things like the quality of our taxi ride. Only spent one night but would recommend Margate for a lovely break from the city.

Review 38:We had an ensuite double bedroom and it was a bit noisy - we could hear people using the shared bathroom just outside our room too well. But otherwise a very pleasany stay!

Review 39:Comfortable bed, charming interior design, own bathroom, breakfast, friendliness of the host. Very nice!

Review 40:The lovely pussy cats were not around to say hello

Review 41:Very kindly allowed me to check in a little late, found me a bottle opener and glass, and a lovely muffin to take for elevenses the next morning

Review 42:No complaints!

Review 43:The staff were really welcoming and helpful, the house itself was lovely and cosy (the room and dining room especially so) and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We couldn't recommend this guesthouse more.

Review 44:The double bed was a bit small, and the ensuite bathroom far too small. The towels were very hard. Huge spaces between floor boards (drop something never to be seen again)

Review 45:the breakfast was very good. the "staff" friendly and helpful. Lovely decor and clean.

Review 46:Nothing bad about the place, lovely.

Review 47:Richard the owner is a lovely man, very knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. The room was i maculates and the breakfast top notch, stayed in the hilton hotel the night before and would book Warwick guest house over the hilton every time.

Review 48:Nothing - do be aware though that it's a residential street and you may not be able to park directly outside.

Review 49:The room was very pleasant - old-fashioned but with a modern twist. The bed was very comfy, the wifi was excellent. The breakfast was superb and included home-made bread and jam. Richard was very attentive and always happy to help with anything.

Review 50:All good, nothing to find fault with.

Review 51:Great welcome and service. Breakfast good with care taken in all aspects. Very clean and comfortable room. They could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend.

Review 52:Shower pressure was a little off - but the bathroom was lovely.

Review 53:Friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcomed in this guest house. Rooms are finished to an excelent standard. Breakfast was delicious. Location good 20 mins walk from the centre. Had a great weekend.

Review 54:Rob and Richard couldn't do enough.. really lovely house, most helpful people, warm and friendly (and also the house) and homemade goodies like marmalade and cakes provided as treats for the guests. Couldn't be better.

Review 55:Tiny thing - the shower curtain in the top room is too long/the fitting is too low, so you stand on the curtain when taking a shower.

Review 56:Friendly hosts, generous and tasty breakfasts, comfortable room.

Review 57:This is a genuine review. Robert and The Warwick are all one needs for a comfortable stay. Detail, hospitality, quality and personality were of the highest order. I recommend it certainly.

Review 58:The bath towels provided were a bit too coarse. We would have liked to have had a hairdryer in the room.

Review 59:Warm and cosy throughout the building. Well maintained and decorated building. Some nice touches such as the selection of informative books made available and home made bread and jams served with breakfast. Great value for money.

Review 60:Cliftonville itself is not a great area but given the easy access to town and also to Broadstairs it is handy. Also the Warwick is much better value and more homely than other places.

Review 61:I cannot recommend The Warwick highly enough. Richard is warm and friendly without being intrusive. The room was comfortable and warm. The bathroom was spotless and had a good range of toiletries. We decided to stay here rather than the premier inn purely based on price and we're really glad we did.

Review 62:We really enjoyed our stay at the Warwick! The welcome was warm and Rob and Richard were impeccable hosts throughout. Slept very well in a comfortable, cosy and quiet room; and were treated to a lovely breakfast the next day. Recommend the homemade cherry jam! Would come back.

Review 63:No wonder its number one ! Really comfortable bed and the breakfast was fantastic.Richard is brilliant,so helpful.Would love to stay again. Thanks again.

Review 64:The wecome we had made us feel welcome. We were happy to come and go as we pleased. Slept in confort and facilities clean. Breakfast was amazing, pouched egg to prefection, we even brought some of he home made Jam! We would stay again if ever in the area and would recommend ti a friend.

Review 65:Bed was rather small, bathroom was tiny and shower pressure was poor, but didn't spoil the stay by any means.

Review 66:Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, lovely owners

Review 67:Why can't I have guys like this in my family? Can I adopt them?

Review 68:What's not to like about warm and friendly hosts, a home away from home atmosphere, clean, tastefully furnished and decorated rooms and bathrooms , a very comfortable bed and a fabulous extensive, cooked breakfast menu that includes locally sourced foods, homemade jams and bread? Also a great dinner recommendation for eating out & other friendly guests. And a good Art Gallery nearby.

Review 69:We were in the loft, but msy be too many stairs for an older person.

Review 70:Hosts were very attentive. Food excellent. We had the loft and it was quiet and airy, spacious and spotless,

Review 71:This is the best run B&B that we have come across. The breakfast are great and the host are great as well. Have no trouble recommending this place to anyone. The place is run with pride and passion.

Review 72:That we stayed only one night!

Review 73:Best english breakfast ever, everything is homemade or sourced locally! Very clean and spacious room and bathrooms. Delightful hosts!

Review 74:Only one minor thing, we felt the double bed should be at least king size, small people can sleep in big beds but when your 6'5 it's difficult sleeping in a regular double bed.

Review 75:We were made very welcome, the house was beautifully decorated and presented. Great breakfast, and a variety of choices,

Review 76:The room was cold so I asked if they would put the heating on for me and he gave me a blank look. So I then said how about a blanket he said I might be able to do that! The bathroom was too far from my room and I seemed to need it quite A lot during the night waking because I was cold. Each time I had to use a key. Overall they just didn't make me feel very comfortable. I even asked if they could move me rooms but they said no even though they had room available.so I wouldn't go back and I would definitely spread the word where not to go In margate.

Review 77:- fantastic service - very clean kitchen, hall and dining room - beautiful and large bedroom - tasty homemade food - friendly and helpful staff - fresh towells and bedding - close to the seafront - wonderful atmosphere

Review 78:Very friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable and spacious room. (Mirror with special effects.) Supper breakfast. Everything made with a lot of love and care. Only had eggs benedict like that at Victoria falls in Zambia. It reminded me of such good times....

Review 79:Maybe a loo brush in bathroom next time!

Review 80:Breakfasts. Very comfortable bed. Cleanliness. Room décor. Rob and Richard's dedication to making a stay so comfortable.

Review 81:We experienced excellent hospitality. There was nothing else we could have asked for including, unusually, a comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. The main attractions are in walking distance, as is a hotel where you can have a nice evening meal. If you are a business traveller you may wish to ask for an early breakfast because it normally starts at 8.30 am and you will need to do the exceptional choice of home made delicious treats justice.

Review 82:Welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the room and all the extra thoughts that had gone into making our room feel like home. Food and choices excellent. Great advice on local restaurants and local places to visit. If we ever visit Ramsgate this would be the first place we would stay.

Review 83:Nothing to be said!!

Review 84:The owners are very friendly people who take a joy in caring for their guests. The house is lovely and quite quirky. Clean, warm and comfy - what more could you ask for. We would definitely go again.

Review 85:I could not find any faults at the guest house. They go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable and make youfeel at home . The guest house is up to a extremly high level of style and cleanness. I loved every special touch, not a guest house more like a small 5* hotel.they give you all the information of the area you tell you every thing about the area so you can get the best out of the area. Would not hesitate in coming back again.

Review 86:It was very warm when we stayed and got very hot during the night - a summer duvet or just a sheet would have have been perfect. Dawn light woke us up early - no blackout blinds so bring your eye masks if you are light sensitive.

Review 87:Very welcoming and friendly owners, - amazing choice of breakfasts - locally sourced ingredients, very high standard of furnishing, very comfortable bed spotlessly clean, bottles of water as well as tea making facilities in room, (plus 2 Yorkie bars). Quiet en-suite roof triple room is surprisingly spacious with coffee table and two chairs, DVDs, books. You will not be disappointed here.

Review 88:The room was spotless..couldnt fault it

Review 89:Unfortunately the area is somewhat rundown but the guest house was superb

Review 90:Breakfast was lovely

Review 91:Very good value for money and with a good breakfast . Very pleasent owners.

Review 92:Fantastic stay Loved the little touches like home made cakes and jam Cosy and small Nice decor

Review 93:Parking could be a problem although we were ok.

Review 94:Very friendly, very clean and very good breakfast.

Review 95:Nice and quiet-comfortable room- good breakfast with the addition of home made products.

Review 96:Further out of town than stated. Toilet system constantly filling up Quilt was very heavy difficult to pull up

Review 97:Adequate size room

Review 98:Friendly and comfortable, superb breakfast

Review 99:Run down area. Very unsafe for female guests. Adjoining neighbours loud and rowdy

Review 100:Homely interior. Breakfasts good

Review 101:Helpful and friendly owners and great breakfast.

Review 102:The place is very clean, well maintained and the host is very friendly. Also the breakfast was delicious!

Review 107:Nothing

Review 108:Nice little touches (muffins), very homely feel.

Review 109:Friendly host, excellent breakfast

Review 110:Nothing.

Review 111:The epic breakfast! Such great quality food served up in style. The owners were really friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

Review 112:To far from the town to walk over are stay

Review 113:Nice and clean

Review 114:There was nothing to find fault with.

Review 115:Very nice room, wonderful breakfasts and hellpful, attentive owners.
