Review 1：Is just my preference, i find the pillow is too soft. I prefer to have a firm pillow.

Review 2：The wellness facilities, the self catering apartment is clean , the owner Steve is very helpful in providing information on where we can go and he attended to my request and assistance promptly and professionally.

Review 3：Not a complaint but just a few suggestions. Would be useful for kitchen in apartments to have salt, pepper, sugar & oil. Future guests FYI the view down the valley is nice, but the construction site nearby carried noise up to our apartment. And the pool/relaxation area can get pretty busy in the afternoons. Not that anything can be done about these things, but it does impact on the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

Review 4：A very luxurious but cosy family owned hotel/apartment. Large corner apartment that was clean, comfortable, modern & spacious with two balconies looking over the Kaltenbach town. On site facilities are great including in room tablets, bike hire, sauna, pool, relaxation area & kids playground. Owner & staff are friendly offering to answer any questions, provide maps & book tours.Great location for exploring the valley and the Tirol region.

Review 6：It was like we were in our home not in a hotel. Very nice staff and especially the owner of the hotel, he is very helpful and very kind. Very nice location. I really recommend everybody to stay in this hotel.

Review 7：- excellent position and view over Zillertal Valley - new hotel built with some very good materials - relaxing area (sauna etc...) it's top-quality - good pool for the kids (and also proximity to some very good aqua parks) - spacious parking - good organization around breakfast time (e.g. you have a fix table during your stay) - very helpful in booking a table at a restaurant nearby or recommending something to visit - staff (the owners family actually) are very friendly and give to everything a personal touch

Review 9：Beautiful modern property with traditional touches. Very gracious staff helping us with every arrangement. We loved the two bedroom apartment for our family. We opted to enjoy the bountiful buffet breakfast for a couple mornings. We also had tasty dinners on the terrace for dinner (the bartender is fabulous). The pool, the bunnies, the location, the hard-working family, etc., made for a wonderful start to our Alpine vacation.

Review 10：A perfect place for the family holiday: nicely designed hotel, beautiful wellness centre and pool, good location and friendly approach to guests. In our comfortable, well equipped apartment we felt like at home. As concerns the hotel services, we appreciated the hotel locker for ski equipment next to the cable car; but as we were four of us, with two key cards it would have been even better. We wish to Haas family all the best and to keep the quality of hotel and services on the same (high) level as offered now. All in all, we can highly recommend this hotel and will come back with pleasure.

Review 12：Completely new place - opened late 2014, it even still smells with fresh new wood! Very good design and quality of rooms and public area, amazing owners family, and perfect comfortable swimming pool with sauna! Just one tip for owners - the Light in bathroom is too dark for ladies ))) Thank you for a great stay - I will definitely come back!
