Review 1：very disappointed with the hotel. Firstly I booked one double room + one double room with kitchenette. I did not get the room with kitchenette. Therefore I marked facilities as poor. Secondly, the rooms where joined. Were not mentioned in the booking. I would not have chosen joined rooms. Thirdly, the attitude from stuff is appalling and there are no signs nor information where 'The' hotel is. Eventually we ended up at the Mercure desk, where we checked in, but they still insist its nothing to do with Mercure. Parking expencive and they did not let in underground parking where the sign was actually pointing. We parked just across the crossroad for free on the street where the locals park. Very, very disappointed with this booking. I haven't really had problems with places booked through 'Booking.com' - pretty much you get what you booked and paid for. Rooms were actually very run down and seems like haven't changed since 70's. To be fair- the rooms were clean and tidy though the old furniture in the corridor was very grabby.
