Review 2：-Centre of Vichy -We had a late arrival/check-in and therefor recieved a code to enter the builing, the key was situated on the frontdesk -Nice garden

Review 4：Pleasant staff. We would have liked hotel better if it hadn't been so hot, and our room on the front so noisy. Lots of street noise and people shouting. Bring ear plugs!

Review 8：Great central location with secure parking (6Eu). Our room was a double with ensuite - plenty of room and comfortable. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. Quiet for a good noghts sleep. Breakfast of pastries, fruit, cheese and coffee etc - simple and lovely.

Review 48：The service was brilliant, they helped us with plates and cutlery as we have a little baby and we had to eat a picnic dinner in the courtyard within range of the baby monitor. We also left our baby carrier behind which they sent on to us. Very happy indeed.

Review 53：There was no bath plug so unable to take a bath. The plug in the basin was stuck open so could not fill the basin. The centre light in the bathroon did not work - only had the basin light. These things should be checked by the staff prior to arrival. Note arrival must be by 21:00 otherwsie nobody on site, same applies to Sunday afternoons.
