Review 1：We was stuck in traffic and when we arrived there all the lights where off and no one answered, we walked down the road and people said it wasnt open until next week it took us 2 hours to find another hotel, then the next day we went to a local cafe and they said it has happend before so I wouldn't recommend this hotel, no refund and took £58 and had to pay for another hotel, discussing as we travelled over 200 miles for my son which was boxing next day
Review 2：The room was slightly compact. the bathroom had a few minor issues with hairs on the window sill, very dusty ledge under radiator and paint peeling off ceiling. Unable to use the kettle for hygiene reasons!

Review 4：We didn't have a bad experience but hotel style is definitely for much older age group than us we are 40-45 and I think it would better suit 60-65

Review 6：Very cluttered room. Double and single beds, 3 bedside cabinets. No seating except an odd vintage miniature sofa impossible for 2 adults to sit on, and very uncomfortable.

Review 8：Friendly and welcoming guest house, good breakfast, comfy bed, good hot shower, very good proximity to town centre, old town and beach. Parking which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.
Review 9：The hotel really needs to invest in new towels, and kettles in rooms. Boiled the kettle on the first night and it smelt terrible, stank the room out, couldn't have an hot drink due to it. breakfast was nice apart from the long hair that came with it. Other than that our stay was ok.

Review 14：As previous customer stated only 2 T bags supplied daily in room so I took my own. Hotel was not geared up for Vegetarians on first breakfast ,Suggest Veg sausages be kept in freezer ready for next time

Review 20：Stayed here for just overnight the owners we friendly and very helpful the room was spacious and comfortable the bed was so comfy we had the best nights sleep for a long time. Breakfast was served piping hot and nothing was too much trouble would certainly stay again.

Review 95：He was a nudist caught him naked 5 times day and night over 2 days but I accept that. The worste thing was he knocked on our door while my partner was sleeping asking if we had been smoking in the room (me and my partner are smokers) but always make a concience effort not to do so and always smoke outside which really offended me.

Review 98：Very hospitable, Neville couldn't do enough to make sure we werecomfortable.The CLEANEST fried egg with breakfast I've ever had, anywhere. Breakfast was lovely! All in all, a lovely little hotel, with very friendly owners/ staff. Not to mention, Dale. Their family dog! Even he was friendly!

Review 101：Our room (3) overlooked the road which was quite busy and meant that it was noisy. The curtains were quite thin so light filled the room early in the morning.
Review 102：Room was larger than we expected with plenty of sockets so handy for charging phones and tablet. En suite was spacious. Location was great. Close to beach and town. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owner even carried our cases up to theroom for us. Own car park was a bonus and the owner let us leave our car there on our last day after we had checked out. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!

Review 108：Welcome from the owner. Pleasant Hotel. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Very friendly and helpful. We had two rooms, the twin room had recently been decorated and was excellent, with a double bed and a single.

Review 111：A fantastic '5 star' B&B Hotel with an excellent host and staff. The room had an en-suite spa bath and was exceptionally clean as was the whole of the premises. There was also a good private car park. The breakfast was superb. We will certainly stay there again and recommend it to our relatives and friends. A score of 10 is well deserved.
Review 112：We found the male owner a little too chatty, this might be ok for some.He is a naturist (which we didn't realise before we went) but tbh wenever saw him in his altogethers while we were there. The bathroom sinkhot tap didn't get warm, but the shower was fine ;]
Review 113：Very close to center of brid and beach area which was great. Staff werefriendly, bed was very comfortable. A few reviews said the tv was toosmall, but we didn't find this an issue. Room/bathroom wasclean, a little dated but did the job ;] Breakfast was nice, the twowomen who served were accommodating.
