Review 1：We booked the comfort room with the half board and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The breakfast buffet variety was very good. For dinner we were served 6-course menu and there were always veggie and fish options. The food were just exceptional. The wellness area and service were just excellent. Clean and very comfortable.

Review 6：- at breakfast there was not enough staff on, so it could take a long time to get a coffee in the morning -there were times when there were 5 or 6 children under 10 in the sauna/wellness area. This doesn't make for a relaxing atmosphere...the age restriction of 16 years was cleary displayed but often not observed and not checked by the staff...

Review 23：I liked the size of the spa. It was excellent. We spent 6 hours there and did not get bored. The rooms were nicely refurbised.

Review 25：The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this Hotel to others, but you should book in time if you don't want to pay the high price. For a single room, single bed, I paid 170USD.

Review 26：Nicly appointed single room, but very small bed. Friendly staff in the reception and the restaurants, but the bartender was behaving as if the bar was his personal kingdom and giving preference to some (big tippers?) and ignoring others. I was one of those who had to wait hours for a beer. Excellent location for access to the ski-lifts, and nice arrangement with a private ski-room next to the main gondol lift up to the ski areas. Would definately come back, but would take my drinks in a nice lively bar 100 metres up the street, it woyuld anyway be quicker to go there, have a beer, and come back than to wait for the favour of the resident bar tender.
