Review 1：We felt as if we were intruders in an environment with permanent guests. It was Sunday, and we were told that only a salad buffet evening meal was available, but it was very ordinary and poor value. Didn't bother with breakfast.

Review 3：I think the hotel is a bit expensive. Breakfast was not included in the price. Breakfast cost +12 euros per person, but was a very ordinary Breakfast with a strange cheap coffee. Once the milk was sour. In our room on the 6-th floor smelled of smoke. Weather was hot and we opened the window during all night, so the smell is almost not felt.

Review 4：The hotel has very high ceilings and clean enough. Very clean bathroom. The reception girl even spoke English. The rooms are quite large for French hotels. WiFi.

Review 5：i wouldn't say I had a bad experience but the only dislike I had about my stay was the breakfast but I am fussy when it comes to food lol. But they do say that breakfast is the most imports meal of the day lol. They had a continental breakfast available but the croissants were quite dry (stale) nice selections of tea and also coffee available. But not enough choice of food,

Review 6：Was a quiet stay. Was in a nice part of the city easy location a short walk from town and restaurants etc. also you can access a spa in the town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice, nice little room with a balcony. Would go back if I stayed in Vichy again, also close to station.

Review 7：attitude of the staff. very arrogant (to be fair, not all of them, but the person who was there at our arrival and at our departure-so overall bad feeling). wi-fi is a catastrophe, you have to be in the toilet to catch some signal. rooms aren´t soundproof, you can hear everything from the corridors and next rooms.the room was small (comfort room), so I cant imagine, what an economy room looks like.

Review 9：Housekeeping fairly minimal: towels not refolded, used coffee cup not removed from room, toiletries not moved to clean washbasin surround. Plastic covering somewhere near our window made it extremely noisy when it rained.

Review 10：Bed comfortable, room good size, enough space for toiletries in bathroom, good mirrors in bathroom, good wardrobe space, possibility of less expensive "express" breakfast.

Review 11：Tea and coffe facilities, had a lift, breakfast was extra but a good selection, room clean and the bed was comfortable, the shower was good with lots of pressure. Free parking around the park. Short walk to restaurants.

Review 14：The hotel has been recently renovated but the bathroom in our family room had not been done and was very tired as were some other parts, such as the loos by the restaurant. The lounge/bar was effectively the reception area and wasn't somewhere I'd choose to relax over a drink while a lovely terrace with loads of potential was difficult to access and offered no service.

Review 36：The room had a smell of stale smoke. I had requested non smoking. The furnishings were dated, an all peach coloured room. The bathroom was old fashioned with pink fittings.The breakfast I knew was not included in the price which is a disappointment.

Review 40：Small lift, barely big enough for three people, if you have luggage with you you'll be travelling up on your own. The hotel has six floors, the lift is therefore in high demand, a major pain if you are on the 6th floor at the end of a long corridor. Despite the claims this hotel has NO parking facilities. Parking is on street, some free places if you're lucky. Neither does the hotel have any secure parking (not even for a bike). They will direct you to a secure car park across town. Again more hassle to unload, then park, then get back. The hotel staff seemed a bit put out that a motorcycle rider had turned up at their hotel, as I was wearing full leathers and after a ride up from Carcassonne was hot and tired. Instead of helping me out (not even a cold drink available) I was treated in a bit of an off hand manner. I only stayed one night so didn't bother making a point but wouldn't stay here again. My room was nothing like the photos, I think those are of their top line rooms. My room had no curtains (only metal shutters outside the window).

Review 41：Good location. Hotel is geared towards the older generation (at a budget price). If you're over 60 you'll love this hotel. Especially if you're on a coach tour. Don't bother if you're not.

Review 42：The room we were given had a very strong smell of room freshener/carpet cleaner which made my husband sneeze. We asked for a room changebut were told that no other rooms were available although the hotelappeared to be almost empty.
