Review 1：Hotel looked good from the front but inside had no character. There was no bar or restaurant. We saw few other guests. No buzz about the place, it had no soul. There was some building work going on, to build a spa apparently, but that didn't disturb us in any way.
Review 2：Terrific room and fabulous bathroom both spotless. Nice French balcony with a view over the square below. Good location with easy access to river and town centre. Free parking.
Review 3：The hotel is very close to the centre and restaurants of Vichy. We were given a warm welcome and parking was easy. Rooms were comfortable and the location was quiet despite being close to the centre.

Review 18：I felt slightly disappointed at the location of the hotel -in a back street , somewhat hidden away !! However the level of service and comfort of the hotel out weighs this criticism. But I must say that the breakfast is not value for money. At Euro 12.50 per person I find this too expensive compared to many other comparable hotels I and my wife have stayed in .

I couldn't really get it work even after entering the given password etc. Also, there was no food available in the hotel itself (other than breakfast), although there were lots of places nearby as the location was excellent in old attractive part of Vichy.

Review 29：We were very happy to be able to have car parking facilities which had a barrier. This was situated on a piece of spare land next to the hotel and owned by the hotel. All staff especially the 'Reception' staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Review 109：A fabulous hotel in the old part of Vichy, the staff were second to none, nothing too much trouble, our room was well above our expectations, excellent in every way. We were en route to the south of France and only stayed one night, we genuinely wished we had allowed more time for our stay at this wonderful hotel.
