Review 1：We stayed here because a life in Provence book author had recommended it. We just wanted to see the area that he had written about. The hotel was fine but borderline 3 star. Good budget hotel.
Review 2：Air-Co in the bedroom didn't seem to work so had the window open making it a little bit noisy. I didn't follow-up with the front desk so may have been my problem.

Review 14：The Colombet is quite a traditional hotel, the service is fantastic, the staff are extremely helpful and the restaurant serves great French cuisine with plenty of dishes made from black olives. Nyons is the black olive capital of France so that's to be expected. The Tapenade is worth going there for if no other reason. Do not expect a modern plastic characterless hotel, rather a traditional down to earth establishment where the concept of good value and great service has not been forgotten!! Really good free wifi, so if you're on business you can keep up with your emails etc.
