Review 4：- we had a clean, spacious, well-equipped appartment (incl. dishwasher) with excellent buffet-style breakfast, daily cleaning service included in the price (very unusual extras for this type of accommodation). - very good swimming pool and wellness area - extremely nice owners and staff - good parking facilities - Spar store across the street - local skiing area within a walking distance, a 15-minute drive to a larger Sillian ski resort with convenient parking facilities - stable WiFi available for a symbolic fee - comfortable heating (combined radiators and floor heating) - you never feel cold in the room and still can enjoy the panoramatic mountain views through large windows!

Review 6：Very good for price, service, cleanness, staff very friendly, good Tyrolean hospitality, breakfast served with plenty, very good wellness & fit centre, nice pool and saunas, placed in a calm and beautiful surrounding with lovely Alps scenery, etc.

Review 7：1 small complaint: Within the apartment, it was loud. If the kids slept upstairs, we couldn't do anything downstairs.

Review 11：Hotel restaurant is not suitable for families with children as the areais filled with cigarette smoke. There's no are for non smokers atall. Staff's knowledge of English could be better. Room's doorwasn't fully lockable from inside (do not disturb option was ignoredby cleaning staff). Each morning we were woken by cleaning lady :)

Review 12：Very friendly staff, works with every guest personally. Nice pool forchildren. Large area for keeping and preparing your skiing equipment(only minus we couldn't find ski boot dryer). Fully equipped kitchenwith all appliances and gear you could wish for.

Review 13：We did not get what we booked. We booked appartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Lady on the reception said that she can not give me appartment we booked. We do not know a reason why so we think that she sold our ppartment to another guests. This is not a mistake by BOOKING:COM. It is a mistake of owner of the hotel.
