Review 2：Gifty & Gordon were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast we had was the best ever, freshly cooked, delicious & beautifully presented. Plenty of tea & coffee in our room and loved the little chocolate bars & biscuits which were on the tray.
Review 3：We loved how polite the Staff were. We arrived at 7:30pm after a long trip and immediately they asked us to take a seat and warm up before we paid for the room. They then showed us to our gorgeous traditional style room which was perfect for us. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Review 13：The only issue was that when I arrived I found that the hotel had just changed management. This meant that the new owner didn't immediately have details to hand of the room I had booked for my travelling companion. However after going out to see the town for a couple of years, this had all been sorted on our return.
Review 14：Excellent location just off the front but on a quiet residential road. The Spa which is the main entertainment venue of the resort is just a minute's walk away. It is also only a mile from the football ground which was the main reason for my stay in Bridlington last week. So an easy walk. Limited parking at the hotel but if you get there early enough like I did (around 3.30) you will get a space no problem. The rooms were very tastefully decorated in neutral colours so nothing to offend. Mine was also ample in size with a large bathroom too and a decent shower unit. I had a great night's sleep too which I don't always get when I am away. The full English breakfast was awesome. The host was friendly but not over-intrusive which was a bonus too.
Review 15：Everyone was very extremely friendly at the hotel. We stayed at the hotel as we were attending a wedding in the town and needed an earlier check in which was arranged with ease over the phone. Our room was clean and filled with everything we would need for our stay.

Review 17：Despite the new owner only taking over the day before our stay we were made most welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is conveniently sited for the Spa centre, harbour and town. Visit the Naked Fish restaurant if you go to Bridlington it serves the very best seafood in town.

Review 34：Close to the beach and Spa, the hotel is clean and welcoming, owner is super friendly. Our room was big, bright and airy and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. The bathroom was big and clean, shower was fabulous. The little extras in the room like snacks and chocolates were things you would not normally expect at such a reasonably priced hotel. Free wifi worked and the free parking on site made it so convenient. I didn't have breakfast, but my husband did, he requested poached eggs and they were perfect, and nothing seemed too much trouble for our hosts. Easily the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in, and we will book again. Thanks so much!

Review 42：Friendly and welcoming staff who could not do enough for you. Our room was well decorated and furnished and the bed was really comfortable. We had a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and snacks which we really appreciated. We only had to ask if we needed more. Breakfast was the best ever. Great choice of cereal, fruit drinks and a full cooked breakfast was available. Food was fresh and tasty and the cooked breakfast done to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and sorry it was only for one night. We shall definitely return and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room was very clean and well equipped with lots of extras we didn't expect for the price we paid, breakfast was very well cooked and tasty, there was also a good choice of cereals and fresh fruit as well, would definitely recommend it.
Review 50：I was made to feel incredibly welcome on arrival and shown round. The location is perfect and close to the beach and town centre. For the money it's fantastic and would highly recommend. I left my phone charger and they even posted it back to me.

Review 54：The whole experience was absolutely fantastic from the location of the hotel the warmth and comfort of the hotel. I was welcomed on arrival and made to feel completely relaxed,so nice to meet lovely friendly people as must stay for anyone visiting Bridlington.

Review 57：not what I expected from a hotel - no food other than breakfast. Parking is in front of property and fine if you have a short compact car. My Mazda CX5 hung about 2ft over onto pavement, worried all night in case someone walked into it.

Review 61：Nothing much - apart from the fact that my Mum was cold during the night, and there was no extra bedding - so she had to sleep in her cardigan! I would also have liked some fresh fruit salad at breakfast - there were some satsumas, apples and bananas, but all looked very tired, so I waited for the main course!
Review 62：Our ground floor room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. I stayed for one night with my elderly Mum - and it was directly opposite the Spa - great location for our concert. Hosts friendly, welcoming and accommodating of our needs. Lovely cooked breakfast. Would go back any time.

Review 65：If I had to pick fault with anything, it would be the parking bays at the front. We have a saloon car which protruded onto the pavement quite far, despite being right up to the wall of the hotel. If they were angled, this would eliminate this issue, but this certainly wouldn't stop me returning to the excellent hotel!

Perfect location near the Bridlington Spa [I was there to see friends in a show], the sea / beach and harbour and just a short walk from the station. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. A spacious and well-equipped bedroom and a welcome, well stocked hospitality tray. An excellent breakfast cooked to order -but the one factor which really makes this the perfect hotel is the friendliness and company of the delightful and charming hosts Paul and Lou who make you feel so completely at home. They really are the crowning glory of this hotel. Herzlichen Dank, boys !

Review 83：Lou and Paul are great hosts. We had a warm welcoming from Lou. Paul cooks a superb breakfast and nothing is too much trouble at breakfast and a wide and varied choose. There is limited parking out front but even though we visiting in school holidays we managed to get a parking space all the time we were there. Rooms spotless and towels changed daily. They will also provide beach towels if required at no charge. If we do visit this area in the future we would definitely stop again at the Swallow Hotel.
