Review 1：Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, good food. Separate spa complexes for with / without children. Staff very helpful, even when I returned from mountain biking soaked from head to toe and covered in thick mud (everything off to the drying room!). Looking to come back next year with the family for our main holiday!

Review 17：It was perfect place to relax after long day of travel. Breakfast was massive and offerings to suit anyone.

Review 18：We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 p.m. Based on booking check-in time was until 10 p.m. After our arrival the receptionist was almost mad, that we didn`t call to say that we will check-in in the evening....Second thing was that she gave us free Asitz lift ticket one whole day after arrival (we were there just for two days and yeah...wi did the lift right the first day of our stay. So we paid redundantly 35 EUR for the lift which we could have for free if the receptionist would said something right on the check-in) Housekeeping time was a bit inappropriate bacause we had maid in our romm after we came back from breakfast. It`s obvious that in this time gests comming back to their rooms before that leave the hotel for the day....

Review 19：Deluxe room in Holzeo was fantastic. Specious room with the resting area and balcony was just great. Nicely furnished. We loved the wooden style. We had the room which has shower and bath which was really nice. There was nothing to complain about. Breakfast was perfect and the six-course dinner was amazing. All the food we had was very tasty. Perfect location right in front of the Asitz lift.

Review 20：1. don't take all incl. package- impossible to have real lunch there!!! 2. don't expect to taste the real austrian flavor- during dinner you will find very unusual point of view of traditional dishes even soups, salads, desserts 2. be careful with bills- read and look for your signature 3. don't expect linen replacement еven on 5. day 4. outdoor pool temperature- less than 20-21 degrees C.

Review 24：I didn't like that I couldn't see on the Booking.com website when I madethe reservation the extra price for the child. I called directly thehotel and I found out that there was an extra price for the bed/nightfor 1 child of 8 years old.I didn't like the fact that in the bathroom we didn't have shampooing and hair conditioner.

Review 26：A very charming hotel and rooms with all the facilities you wish. The staff was very kind and attentive. A great cuisine (and winelist), a magnificent welness (and outdoor swimmingpool). In the evening you can get a last drink in a very cosy bar. A pity that we only stayed for 3 nights. A wonderful hotel and staff.

Review 28：Full board, really meant full board. Meal quality, excellent, spa facilities great. Was not thrilled with the massages and beauty treatment. Sauna, steam room and relax areas on level minus 2 - excellent. Relax areas on the fifth floor were too warm and noise from the outside wrecked the perfect atmosphere. The saunas on the fifth were to die for though option to block out of the light would be welcome.

Review 32：The hotel was excellent. We were there on a snowboarding trip and the location was perfect for that as the cabin lift was right in front of the hotel. The food was absolutely exquisite, and we loved the variety as well as the care taken to make sure everyone would be pleased (there were plenty of vegetarian and healthy food to choose from). The staff were very friendly and extremely efficient (every morning after breakfast we came back to a spotless room). We loved the spa and particularly enjoyed the fact that there were separate zones for families with children and people just wanting to relax in peace. But I think the best thing of all was that the staff took care of all the small details that make you feel special and happy. The stay in Hotel Salzburger Hof was worth every minute of our long drive from Bulgaria and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Review 33：I booked this reservation using my American Express card to reserve theroom. When I checked out, the Hotel said they did not take AmericanExpress - this is potentially a big problem. I don't think one should beallowed to reserve the reservation with a card which the hotel thenrefuses to accept! Luckily I had another card, but had I known the hotelrefused Amex, we would have stayed somewhere else.
