Review 1：my single room had a shower in which I found little difficult to regulate , being on my own a lounge area to sit in and talk to folk would be nice

Review 5：The room was clean and tidy work an ensue shower which was a huge bonus. Jackie the owner was lovely and couldn't do enough during my stay. Also very close to both town and the spa.

We were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owners who showed us to our room which was decorated to a high standard and of exceptional cleanliness with all the expected facilities, and free WiFi to boot!Our choice of a full English breakfast to start our day wasn't to disappoint, one of the best we've had, as well as a choice of cereals and fresh juices.We'll definitely stay again,and will recommend it to our friends!
Review 22：sink not washed or rinsed from previous guests. Cups, spoons not washed from previous guests.Old rusty dirty bin for rubbish. Very dirty TV screen. On arriving owner was wearing grubby clothes, thought he must have just cleaned rooms. He served breakfast in same grubby clothes not even an apron to cover them.

Didn't realise it was more of a B and B than hotel. No WI FI to my knowledge, but to be fair I didn't ask. All the above would have been ok, but we felt we paid too much for something that didnt suit us.
