Review 1：Restaurant food was good but just after sitting down informed that as the other bookings had just arrived and the service may be a bit slow. As we were going out with friends after dinner this wss a bit disappointing however staff did try to push our order through.

Review 2：Stayed in the queen room room 10. On arrival staff very friendly and informative. Shown to room. The 3 flights of stairs were ok but very tight at the top of stairs. Room was adequate but a bit small. Very clean room. Bathroom was ok good shower.

Review 4：The interior designers have done a very good job here! Very stylish with a homely feeling. Very comfortable rooms! Staff was very friendly and helpful, and our little dog was very welcome!

Review 8：Room was cosy, but windows rattled all night with a lot of draft and wind noise coming through the windows all night. There was heavy wind and rain, however this could have been looked into prior to our arrival.

Review 10：The view is brilliant. Staff very friendly. The bed was one of the best ever ... (outside of New York bed)....but a top sheet should be used.!!! Know most hotels don't use them now ....pity.

Review 11：The staff were excellent and really helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the massive bath too - really needed after a long day at work. The breakfast was excellent too.

Review 12：Staff were so accommodating - we forgot toothpaste and they went and got us some, made things so easy having our dog there, always friendly coming and going from the hotel. Excellent!

Review 13：It was all very good. The only thing which I would improve on is that I had an early start and ordered breakfast with the staff for 8.00, which was before the usual breakfast time. I'd paid for breakfast but because I was early there wasn't much choice and no one came to ask me what I would like. I left breakfast watching the staff then put out all the juices and breakfast things. Please could you start your breakfast times earlier at 8.00, or if you offer breakfast earlier than you would normally start, please mention that it might be a restricted offer. Thanks

Review 14：The location is amazing. I had a gorgeous sea view. The rooms are very comfortable with really good quality furnishings and decor. A little bit of luxury is just what I needed. The staff were also wonderful.

Review 19：We loved the hotel - they were so accommodating with our baby. The hotel bar was lovely - a pianist performed one night and she was amazing. They had parking nearby and your own router in the room so the wifi was really fast.

The room was lovely and warm, well it must have been as my Mum didn't complain once about feeling cold.

Review 26：Only niggle was the barman who kept us waiting for ages (even though we'd placed our drinks order with the lovely night porter) for a nightcap by talking to the only other people in the room then came over a tad 'Shoreditch on grey' and blamed us for the 25 min wait by claiming it was our fault. I think he assumed we weren't staying at the hotel and tried to ignore us hoping we'd go away. Very swift service after we gave him our room number though.

Review 34：Stunningly decorated, yet unpretentious and also extremely comfortable. A warm, friendly air pervades the hotel while attention to detail is taken care of to perfection. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious, and the restaurant is fantastic too. Desserts are to die for!

Review 35：The road noise is a bit of a problem, it was warm and too noisy to leave the windows open overnight. The breakfast options with a cooked breakfast as extra is over complicated and seems a bit 'mean' in somewhere that is quite expensive.
