Review 1：Our visit was met with the lovely couple who owned it...the room was fantastic and comfy amd the view of the sea was welcoming...we are booking again soon but for a longer stay...the breakfast was very good and with many choices to have
Review 2：Only one slight moan, not enough of stuff(soap, sauce, etc), maybe people have taken advantage before? Oh and shower was really weak- other than that, great!!

Review 4：There was no parking actually at the bed & breakfast but we were able to park across the road free, we were given a card by staff at the B & B to put in the windscreen that showed how long we were staying for.
Review 5：We enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice and clean, it looked like it hadbeen redecorated very recently. The breakfast was lovely too.
Review 6：The room only had a shower over bath that didn't really work. Either scalding or freezing. Breakfast was 8.30-9.00 but we had to be elsewhere by 9. Not very forthcoming about us able to go down early. We did turn up early the staff were offhand, not at all chatty like she was with others. Took money off credit card when we wanted to pay cash. Never said that when we booked it.

Review 9：Despite our stay coinciding with Sues mum passing away 12 months earliershe was a lovely cheerful hostess only too keen to please and veryhelpful.Our room was a treat with a great seaview as advertised and areally comfy bed.Her husband mike is also friendly and approachable andan elvis tribute act being another string to his bow.We will happily goback again.

Review 15：The owner greeted me on my arrival and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a room upgrade, which was excellent. The room was freshly renovated and was a good size, the shower room was superb, bed comfortable. The breakfast was great, freshly cooked and very filling. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Review 17：Run by a local family The Promenade is maintained to a very high standard. My wife (Rita) and I have stayed there twice and each time Mike and Sue have made us feel totally at home. The rooms are extremely well maintained and very clean. With an immaculate en-suite bathroom and a very comfortable bed you really are left wanting for nothing, and the sea view just made our room was prefect. Breakfast is a treat and Mike is a very capable chef. Situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bridlington the location is just right and close to all main amenities. We won't hesitate to return again in the near future. "Thank you very much" for a wonderful stay.

Review 21：There was nothing we didn't like, but it should be noted that the property only has two off street parking spaces, if you park there and then go out for the day in the car your parking space may be gone when you get back. The landlord will help you with a free parking permit for on street parking.
Review 22：All the furnishings and decor were fresh & new looking - the room & lobby smell nice. The entrance hall is a little dark due to the dark carpet & decor but the room was light airy & quiet & the en-suit facilities looked brand new & spotlessly clean.

Review 35：We booked the deluxe double room and were not disappointed. On entering the room we had full view of the sea. The bathroom was large with a large free standing bath. The room was very comfy, had tea coffee making facilities and use of bathrobes if we wished. WiFi service was excellent. Large tv with freeview was also in the room. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Review 45：Everything about this accommodation is top notch. We had the 'small' double en suite, at the top of the building. It was a lovely room - well laid out and certainly not small compared to some accommodation I have stayed in where you have to take it in turns to move!!
Review 46：If I HAD to find something negative to say, I would say that the water pressure in the shower was a bit less than I would have expected (being really picky here). It's about the same as my shower at home, but that is a power shower. Nonetheless very warm and clean.
Review 47：Thanks to previous bad experiences, usually when I look to go somewhere I try to book with a well known company (Premier Inn, Best Western etc). But they were too far from the center. So I ended up booking with The Promenade Guest House. I was very weary at first, but I am very glad I did this now. The room is surprisingly modern and very clean, the staff are wonderfully friendly and extremely helpful in every way possible, the breakfast was delightful and the price is very competitive (dirt cheap if you consider what you get for your money). Parking was better than expected too. You get given a parking pass for the area so if you can't park right outside you can park anywhere in Zone A, which extends right down by the harbor. Should I ever come back to Bridlington I will most definitely be booking a room here again.

Review 49：Having booked at short notice for a long weekend I was unsure what I was going to find. I needn't have worried. The reviews are true. Owners are friendly and informative and the breakfasts are the best with much on offer. The single room was larger than expected and a lovely en suite. Both were immaculate. Other guests were friendly and being a solo traveller I felt very comfortable. I have already made my next booking. The best B&B ever.
