Review 1：If I had to say something: No elevator (just two floors) Some windows did not close too smoothly. (minor problems anyway…)

Review 5：The good location. The hotel is on the Bay. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach. There are nearby the cafes and restaurants. It is very good for the weekend.
Review 6：The bathroom wasn't private, the 4th wall was a low partition half way across to 'hide' the toilet! As my grown-up son and I were sharing a room each of us had to stand outside the room door while the other one used the toilet or see-through shower!!!!! They wouldn't change our room. Can Booking.com not warn people about a non-private en-suite?

Review 18：Long overdue for a major facelift, the hotel's evil plan is to accomplish this while remaining open. Be careful to which floor you are assigned as sledge hammers begin at 0700. The quaint lift was designed by Satin himself and will accomodate one person with one bag - just. Entry into the parking lot behind the hotel is designed for nothing larger then a 2CV. Be forewarned.

Review 20：Lot of noise from bikes people until early hours like 03.00am. No aircon so had to have windows open as rooms very hot. Impossible for sleep with noise or heat.

Review 23：The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right on the beach in Biarritz and you can easily throw a stone onto the sand. The views are glorious, the room is comfortable and the staff are very helpful.
Review 24：Perfect for families. Adjoining room was perfect for the kids (4 year old twins). Beds were really comfortable. Bedroom & bathroom/shower room were spotlessly clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It should have more stars awarded in our opinion.

Fortunately, there was an extra heater. The other rooms I have stayed in do not have this issue. Also, I can confirm that all the rooms I've stayed in DO have bathroom doors!

We were constantly woken by people walking through tourist area late at night, and in the early morning by garbage trucks. We asked for a fan which helped a little however the room felt very claustrophobic with the shutters closed
