Review 1：A small downside - the sun didn't get onto the balcony until late afternoon. But great sunset view.

Review 2：Great central location. Sea facing studios have amazing views. A perfect holiday studio.

Review 3：Wi-fi only in reception. Extras for everything! Had to pay for a towel and if you wanted to watch TV it was 50 euros. No toiletries provided and reception was only open for parts of the day, so there was a bunch of us just waiting to check in. It was also 25 euros to have your room cleaned at the end of your stay so take that into consideration or you could use the cleaning materials provided in reception and clean the apartment yourself. If it was a cheaper rate I wouldn't have complained but it was fairly pricey for what it was. There was no value for money at this hotel and I would recommend going elsewhere. Sorry

Review 5：Wi Fi only available in uncomfotably warm lobby. Parking price was high considering amount already paid for apartment. Apartment was excellent but public areas, corridors in need of much improvement. Table too big for balcony.

Review 7：We've been staying in "city-side view" room. Maybe sea-side is better. - Very hot. Especially if it's sunny during the day. No AC or any other ventilation available. - VERY noisy: drunken screams until 5 am, garbage trucks at 6 am, rowdy buses and motorbikes 24/7. With windows closed it's less noisy but totally suffocating - see point above. - No small utilities like towels, hairdryer, dish washibg fluid, waste bags etc. even the toilet paper is 1 roll only. Every little thing is proposed to be bought on reception separately, though you pay €115 per night already! :-/ - Wi-Fi in reception only. TV had to be ordered / paid separately. - Early check-out: you're supposed to clean and leave your room by 10 am and there's no place to leave your luggage for the time being

Review 10：Location excellent. We were on the 10th floor but the lifts were very efficient with very little waiting. Fantastic views from our balcony over the Grand Plage.

I am In a 1 star pension in Spain with towels. Tissues,toothbrush soap shower gel and sweets for so much less. Ok no sea view. But extras you don't expect..

Review 15：Had to pay extra for the towels which were worn and thin. Bedroom/living area just a little too tight. Quite difficult to get to the wardrobe. It would have been helpful to have been given information about where food shops etc are.

Review 19：We are a young couple and there we 2 separate beds, so we needed to push the 2 beds together. Our room was facing to the street and some nights there were so much shouting going on on the street that we needed to close the window. With the cleaning being quite superficial it felt a bit more like a dormitory room, but what's wrong with that? We were missing a few things from the kitchen when we arrived like salt, washing up liquid, oil etc. you often get with the room, but I have to say we got along preparing our food in the kitchen very well.

Review 20：A room with this size and with a kitchenette was exactly what we needed. We prepared our own breakfast and lunch mostly shopping at the local farmer's market (20 min away) or the local store (2 min away). We were also happy to have the beach (Grande Plage) just the opposite side of the road, the location couldn't be better.

Review 47：Location, kind and flexible staff, view. (We called the view 'surf TV'.) Freedom of doing that we needed, e.g., cooking, storing our surf-board and so on. I don't know if we had neighbours at the surrounding apartments, but that's the thing: I didn't hear any noises!

Review 52：The reception was only staffed for a few hours a day and we had to pick our keys up in a hotel across the road when we arrived, but when they were there they were very friendly and professional. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the rooms are quite dated but this is only minor as I dont think this would stop me returning to victoria surf.

Review 53：The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants ect and right on the beach front, the aparment we stayed in was alot more spacious than they seem in the photos and the price was extremely reasonable and the reception staff were friendly

Review 54：we were on the 3rd floor facing the road and kept the window open a little overnight due to the warmth, it was incredibly noisy every night until about 4am (with traffic and people from bars/clubs) and then again at 6am when the daily roadcleaning vehicles passed by. earplugs are definintely a requirement. it is also very noisy throughout the day as the window overlooks a very busy road.
