Review 1：We found it disappointing to see low quality amenities (plastic coffee capsule, water bottle, supermarket brand tea, breakfast jam, orange juice, towels...) for a place in the highest range of hotels in Mazamet. Also the bathroom needs to be renovated.

Review 2：Nice house with garden. The owner's made us an 8AM breakfast on sunday as we wanted to go hiking.

Review 3：We were sold a supplement upon arrival for a "superior" room which was in the attic & had just 2 small windows (0.75m sq) - one facing a blank wall about 1.5 metres away. It was noisey in the early evening from a staff area below the window, and from 08:00 a machine droned at high speed nearby - a washing m/c spin drer was situated on the same landing. No teas or coffees in the room was a big negative for us.

Review 20：Fantastic location in Biarritz just opposite the best fresh food market I have ever seen. In a trendy area with great bars and places to eat with a real vibe. Easy access to the main beaches. Overall a really great place to stay.

Review 21：1. There was no Internet in the room and management took no steps to correct the situation. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem at this property. 2. The refrigerator in the room did not work. Management was informed and it was not repaired. 3. The lack of bathroom toiletries befitting a 4 star hotel. A large bottle of a product labeled shower gel/shampoo which bottle is attached to the shower stall seems more appropriate in a 2 star property than a 4 star property

Review 33：We had difficulty accessing the road due to roadworks but the staff assisted us to park our car and smoothed our visit. The room was beautiful and breakfast very good

Review 34：The hotel has good off-road parking, the proprietress was very welcoming and helpful and our room was delightful with a great shower. Breakfast seemed expensive and, as we wanted to be away early, we gave it a miss. But we'll definitely stay there again when next we visit Biarritz.

It was the small touches like this that gave the hotel a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Large parking space available at rear of hotel. Wifi signal was very good

Review 41：Breakfast was fairly minimal in terms of what was on offer. We were booked into a superior room but they had booked us in wrongly to a lesser room. However they were very apologetic, gave us free champagne and free breakfast by way of apology.

Review 113：On checkout. Reception advised us that buses run to the airport on Sundays every 20-30 mins. They don't however, and this caused us to have to pay €22 for a taxi instead of €2 for the bus. Reception should know basic transport questions a little better.

Review 117：We were not entirely clear whether and when there is restaurant service ( we visited in April) but it does not matter as there are many restaurants nearby.

Review 118：Pefectly positioned in the centre of Biarritz within easy walk of the sea. The hotel has been decorated as a "boutique" hotel but without being zany or garish. The quality of the finish in the rooms and public areas is excellent. The staff are charming and helpful. The croissants at breakfast were superb!
