Review 1：The check out is only until 23:00 which we nearly missed as our flight landed into Toulouse at 21:30. After 23:00 entry is via a sode door with a code and there are no staff at the desk which can be a problem if you are arriving late. The decor was dated, carpets were old and threadbare in places and whilst this itself is not a problem, one would expect more with the price paid.

Review 3：This hotel is in the middle of the historic city of Auch.pronounced ooosh. An old hotel full of natural charm, we had the only room that had a jacuzzi in it.Room 01. A fantastic restaurant with a Gastro menu. Friendly staff .

All mod cons, spotlessly clean, very pleasant helpful staff. All in all, a lovely experience in this historic town! This is a really sweet place to stay!

Review 11：oh my goodness! where to start? really impractical bathroom, sunken bath which was so hard to get in and out of (me an old lady with a hip replacement!) no handles to help and slippery, no shower, old dated furniture, whole place needs renovating, shabby carpets and walls, strange broken thing in loo,

Review 20：We had a junior suite and the bathroom looked fabulous but was very impractical. 2 steps to go up to the toilet then down 2 steps and across to get to the hand-basin. The bath was sunken, so difficult to get into. A proper shower was impossible, unless seated in the bath and using the show head just for hair. The property needs renovating.

Review 21：Staff were very good, and the location with access to a variety of restaurants (incl an excellent Indian one nearby) makes it a perfect spot. Feedback wasn't all that good but I figured we'd be "safer" by booking a suite. It was spacious, but the bathroom set up was really awkward.

Review 22：The faded, and dirty decor, which was no doubt beautiful when first done, but is now well past its best. The bathroom facilities. The bath was very difficult to get in and out of for a small, elderly lady, and it was impossible to use the shower without soaking the bathroom carpet.

Review 26：Lift was out of order, but a member of staff carried up my case to myroom. Bedoom was small, dark and airless, overlooking a small courtyard.Found it depressing but was only staying one night. If staying longer,would have asked for another room.Tiny bathroom. Exterior of hotel lookslovely, but interior certainly needs "freshening up" I.E. acoat of paint,pictures on walls etc.

Review 27：Very friendly, helpful staff.Great location on main square,near the Cathedral-well worth a visit. Look especially fat the stained glass windows andextraordinary wood carvings in the choir area.Lots of nice restaurantsjust wintin minuntes of hotel. Very safe area.

Review 29：The hotel is quite quirky and all the rooms are very different. It is right in the centre of Auch. We had a meal in the brasserie which was very nice and the staff accommodated my vegetarianism well which is unusual in France! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 35：It was dated but had a certain charm. I would happily stay there again if I was in the area and the location was brilliant. Fantastic brasserie across the road and my friends ate at the hotel brasserie and highly recommended it

Review 36：Very little! The hotel is in a great location and is architecturally interesting, inside and out. The bedrooms and upper floors are perhaps a little old fashioned but this just added to the charm of the place.

Review 37：We arrived late (11.30pm) but the reception manager was very friendly and obliging, rutling up a bottle of chilled white wine and some cheese for us even though the restaurant was closed. He and his colleagues remained warm, friendly and pleasent during our short (sadly just one day) stay.

Review 38：Fantastic town and very good staff and people. The hotel is old and a little run down but you can tell they are trying hard to maintain it. We would return.

Review 48：There is no parking. I had asked reception to book a taxi for us to go to Lussan which is 15 minutes away. the journey there and back to Auch cost us 80euro. It was unbeleiveably expensive!

Review 50：This hotel is in a great location on the square in central Auch. Thestaff are helpful and anglophonic. The restaurant provides an excellentmeal but the highlight was a getting education on Armagnac. The host isan Armagnac and whisky connoissuer and, as I was in the regionintending to taste some of this wonderful regional product, I wasrewarded with tasting and local information. The host offered toarrange a tour of a local distillery but, alas, did not have time to doso. This is the real deal.
