Review 1：Friendliest staff! They were so accommodating and gave me excellent advice on what to see. The room was perfect and had everything a solo traveler needs! The location was right near the middle of town and was so convenient to restaurants, the market, the beach, etc.

Review 2：No tea/coffee etc facilities/no bottled water, other hotels in this area provide this.

It's in the centre but on a quiet little street. Plenty of parking garages nearby.

Review 25：I really liked to be guest at this hotel. The hospotality was so nice, she gave good recommendation on local restaurant and sightseeing. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and walk distance to the center, bars, markets and shops.

Review 26：The bathroom fittings - shower and washbasin - were beautifully designed but not consumer friendly. The shower had to be handheld in the bath - there was no shower screen resulting in water on the floor. The washbasin is designed to allow the water to flow down an slight incline but it is not designed to hold water so you always have to wash your hands under running water.

The hotel is stylish and comfortable with a small quiet courtyard terrace. The rooms were well equipped and very clean.

Right in the midst of the town so surrounded by many shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel is very stylish and modern and well decorated with an "upmarket" feel to it. We were very impressed with our superior room with came with tea/coffee making facilities (Nespresso machine). Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was very smooth and efficient. We were provided with maps of the area, suggestions for good restaurants and bars and provided with information on tours in and around Biarritz. Breakfast was lovely (if not on the expensive side), but included a buffet continental breakfast as well as a a-la-cart hot English breakfast (included in the buffet). There was also a cheaper, non-buffet continental breakfast option.

This Information would have spared uslots of baggage moving across streets and going back to the Garage.Moreover, we got charged 10 Euros a night in the end. Therefore, we onlysaved 3 Euros a night compared with the public ticket and had to drivean extra Loop. The Initial thoughtlessness combined with theovercharging (unfortunately, I hadn't printed the 8 Euroconfirmation and didn't want to Access my email) left a disappointedImpression.
