Review 1：Booking.com misled us on the cost - quoting and getting me to book on one cost and informing after booking that the cost was higher ! Not impressed.

The idea of a fan in the room is good should the weather reach an high temperature. An excellent breakfast with a large choice of cereals, fruit & yogurts.

Review 24：A great B&B in the centre of Dolgellau. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is warm, clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely room on the top floor which was very quiet. Nice bathroom with great shower and loads of hot water. The hospitality tray was particularly good, very nice biscuits! Breakfast was included which made it very good value for money. Local fresh produce had been prepared which was freshly cooked and very tasty. My husband particularly enjoyed his kippers, which probably weren't locally produced but my full English was! Free parking and free wifi were an added bonus, as well as it being very dog friendly. There were other dogs staying when we were there but we didn't hear them or see them in the hotel - and it certainly didn't smell of dog! If we hadn't taken a dog I would never have know that dogs stay there. There is a great Indian just up the road but also plenty of pubs in town where you can eat. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend The Ivy.
