Review 1：The single bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable. You could hear the springs and a rustling sound during the night as the child turned, kept everyone up. This was reported however was not changed. The single bed did not have the same comfort as the large bed. Were not told that had to book for breakfast, although had already paid for it. Had to wait half an hour to be seated on first morning. Ordered quorn sausages, were not cooked sufficiently on both mornings and had to wait at least half hour for it on second morning.

Review 3：Fantastic stay, lovely clean room and bed was sooooooo comfortable, pillows were fab too, I always think that nothing is ever as good as it looks in the advert, but this comes close it was great
Review 4：Breakfast was very slow, as the Table Table staff were cooking hot food to order. Up to 50 minutes waiting time with little apology or explanation. We decided to get small refund and stick to continental for our stay.

Review 6：Free Wifi speed was rubbish. Couldn't open windows for some fresh air. Couldn't get cool air from heating system, we were so hot and uncomfortable I had to go ask reception about midnight who switched our mode to 'cool'. It was not made clear in the instructions provided in the room how this switch was made nor on the control panel. Heard other guests complaining about the heat who also had no idea how to switch to cool so it wasn't just us.

Review 10：Porridge was cold & lumpy, poached eggs were overcooked & unappetising. There were only 7 people in the restaurant so there can be no excuses for poor food quality.

Review 24：Dirty toilet, loud knocking sound coming from the hot water system if left running for a few moments (room 5), very stuffy even when the a/c is flat out (would think the filters are blocked). Dirty bin, door access system was faulty. Nothing has really changed from my last visit.

There should be a table availiable for hotel guests especially when there is nowhere else to go, and we are o/s visitors who don't know the area or villages

It was so uncomfortable that she had to come into our bed in the middle of the night, nearly in tears!!! It was an extremely hot weekend for the time if year, the air conditioning / temperature control system was not working properly!!! Very uncomfortable!!! We stayed in Room 5

Review 35：I think that there should have been 6 small cuplets of milk instead of 4. There is a very small amount of milk in the cuplets and 2 is barely enough to colour a cup/mug of tea. This is in no way a criticism...it is an observation.

When I then tried to rebook it later,I was initially told there were no rooms available but then was told there was a room available but it was over £40.00 more than before because it was a late booking!
