Review 1：Crazy dog, that welcome no one, even after have alerted the property of his unbalance attacks, nothing has been done. Scarce possibility of parking, where possible narrow and unconfortable. Wi-Fi only in the main building, not in the flats. Beds generally unconfortables, much worst than Austrian standards.

Review 4：Considering what I paid and compared to surrounding locations this was not only good value for money, but was a surprise for what was available in terms of facilities, food and access to surrounding activities. Would like to return for a longer stay to try out the facilities and explore the lake, walks and surrounding attractions.

Review 9：Pesenthein is quite out of the way and it can be difficult to get to neighbouring towns/cities without a car. There are also no taxi firms nearby unless you call one out from Spittal which can be expensive. However, there is a bike rental shop in the next town over (Millstatt) and the owner was even so kind as to drop us off and pick us up on one occasion before we had sorted transport - a minor issue.
Review 10：The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was larger than we had expected and unbelievably clean and tidy. The pool was excellent albeit a little small. The price was very cheap for what we got. Very pleased with all aspects of the accommodation and would recommend to anyone.
Review 11：We booked double room for two with view of the lake, we got a flat in the ground floor close to the garden with a lot of noise. The food it was really poor : garlic soup from the bag, cheap salad and cheap chicken meat with paprika sauce. When we came they gave to us a welcome letter where it was written that drinks of the dinner were included in the price but when we paid they charge us 7 eur for two beers.
