Review 1：The spa is a large gym club 200m away, it's free, but not what you have in mind when booking a hotel with its own spa. You need transport to go into town in the evening as there are no restaurants close by.

Review 2：Great views of the coast if you get a sea view room with a balcony

Review 3：We booked this room believing that the hotel had a pool and that our suite had direct access to it. The photos and information that are shown on Booking.com would lead you to believe this and the confirmation said access to pool. However, what is deliberately made obscure is the fact that the pool is at another hotel five minutes down a busy road. Not ideal!

Review 6：Location was great - and being able to use the Thallaso pool was brilliant. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was really comfortable and large.

Review 7：Overpriced. Uncomfortable beds. Advertised ocean views way too far, views of parked cars all around and other ugly hotels much too close. Hair dryers didn't work properly. Unnecessarily complicated procedure for wifi connexion. Polite but unhelpful staff. Restaurant had very limited opening hours and hotel was rather far from other eating options, especially for children and the elderly or disabled.

Review 9：The location is excellent because despite being out of the town centre, it's close to the better beaches and bars as well as the main road out to San Sebastian. It also has free on-site parking.

Review 20：Think location is ideal for beaches and if you want to be away from the main town centre, as there isn't much else around. Walk to town is about 15 mins at a decent pace. I didn't really like the town to be honest I wish I'd gone to San Sebastien instead.

Review 29：The location was just out of town, straddling the one-way system, so it was easy to go either way. Plenty of free parking. Excellent restaurant and food. On flight-path of airport but quadruple glazing meant we didn't hear a thing. Free hotel swimming-pool; and hotel spa treatments available, across the road.

Review 30：There was a huge lack of staff, Saturday afternoon one member if staff running the front desk and bar. One member of staff in particular was very rude when I asked for an iron. Another guest had it but she made no attempt to find out who it was or let me know when it was returned. The bar was covered in flies.

Review 58：There is nothing close by - it's far out of town and a good 10 min walk to the nearest supermarket and shops. The waiters/waitresses at the hotel restaurant have a very poor command of English despite providing us with a menu printed in English. We received the wrong food and the wait to get the correct food was very long. The hotel allows guests to use a local health/beauty/fitness/sauna centre, however neglected to say that most of the facilities close at 6pm - as we arrived after 4pm there was little time to relax and use these facilities like we planned too when making the booking (admittedly this was due to our late check-in, but feel the hotel website should mention this)

Review 59：This was a last minute stay due to a cancelled flight out of Biarritz and was cheapest hotel we could find. The room, an ocean view room, was comfortable and the in-room wifi was perfect to allow us to rebook our trip home.

Sadly, although excellent food, the dinner service was too rushed, with our main course arriving within 5 minutes of finishing our starter. With the exception of the male waiter, the remaining young waiting staff appeared to be training.

We were very happy that the hotel accommodated our booking request for a balcony as we were travelling with our 2 dogs. Dinner and breakfast are excellent quality and value for money.
